Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はノイズフィルター等に使用されているリングコ
ア等の巻線部品において、巻線する際の巻線し易さ及び
その自動化への移行し易さを求めたものである。
従来のリング状及び角状の巻線部品は輪状のつながった
ものであり、巻線する際に非常に時間を要するものであ
り、自動化も難しいものであった。
本発明は、従来のリングコア等の巻線部品におけるコス
ト低減をめざすものである。
第１図、第２図はおのおの本発明の実施例に利用するコ
ア焼成体の斜視図である。１，２の様な切り口を成形体
において形成しておく。焼成後トンネル炉内で熱応力を
利用して１，２のような切り目部分で自動的に分割する
ことができる。分割されたそれぞれのコアに巻線し、そ
の後接合し、本発明による製品を得た。接着の方法は、
接着剤または止め具を使用するものである。
以上により本発明は、輪状等のつながった巻線部品を分
割して巻線することにより、巻線に要する時間を従来よ
り大幅に短縮し、自動化についても従来より容易にシス
テム化できるように改善しコスト低減とするものである
。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 一体成形する時に分割し易い様に切り口を設けたコアを
    、成形、焼成後その切り口に−従って分割し、それぞれ
    に巻線した後に接合したリング状及び角状の巻線部品。
