    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 薄膜状弾性体と、薄膜状弾性体上にあって弾性体の受け
    た振動を電気的出力に変換する圧電体薄膜、及び、この
    圧電体薄膜を挾む電極薄膜とでバイモルフ構造を成す薄
    膜状の振動片を有する薄膜型超音波センサに於いて、前
    記振動片の梁の長きが粱の全部、あるいは一部で変化す
    る形状であることを特徴とする薄膜型超音波センサ。
