Claims (2)
- （１）中に入れられた半導体ウニノ１が水平となるよう
に立てたウェハ入すのキャリアと該キャリアと同一ピッ
チの空のキャリアとがウニノー出し入れ口が対向して載
置される移動板と、該移動板を摺動案内するガイド部材
と、該ガイド部材の上に設けられたウニノＸ世、出し板
とを備え、前記移動板の移動により前記ウニノ１押し出
し板をウェハ入りキャリアにその背面側から進入させて
その中の全ての半導体ウェハを空のキャリア内に同時に
移し替えることを特徴とする半導体ウニノ＼水平移し替
え装置。 - （２）前記移動板、ガイド部材、ウェハ押し出し板を非
帯電性樹脂によって作ったことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の半導体ウェハ水平移し替
え装置。
