Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. カセットに格納した半導体基板を自動搬送路により順送
    する機構が半導体基板を並列に配列し格納するカセット
    、該カセットを傾斜して載置すると共にウェハの配列間
    隔づつスライドする移動機構、カセットの基板取出し部
    に対向して設けられているストッパ、該ストッパに隣接
    して設けられ楕円状の断面をもち自動搬送路に到る過程
    で９０度稔れる基板搬送路および基板を水平な姿勢で搬
    送する自動搬送路からなることを特徴とする半導体基板
    の搬送装置。
