    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定デバイスへの電圧印加又は通電後、所定時間ごと
    に測定を行い、該測定データと前の測定データとの差が
    予め定められた値よりも小さいことを検出することに基
    づき前記所定時間ごとに得られた測定データからの所望
    の測定結果を得ることを特徴とする半導体の測定器。
