Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円柱状をなす工具本体１には、１つの先端刃および複数
    の外周刃としてのスローアウェイチップ２．３が、それ
    ぞれ中央取付は六８，１２の利用により固定されるよう
    にしたスローアウェイ式エンドミルにおいて、 前記スローアウェイチップ２は、円形板状又は多角形板
    状のものからなっているとともに、工具本体１の先端外
    周縁に設けられたチップ座４内に配置されたときには、
    その円形面５又は多角形面６．７が切削上のすくい面を
    構成するようになっており、 また前記スローアウェイチップ３は、三つの円弧側面１
    ０を有する等辺三角形板状のものからな、っており、工
    具本体１の外周部分に設けられたチップ座１１内に配置
    されたときには、その円弧側面１０が切削上のすくい面
    を構成するとともに、その配列が前記スローアウェイチ
    ップ２を基準にして、工具本体１の軸方向後方に向かう
    離間的な螺旋配列になっており、その回転切削軌跡上で
    は、波形状を呈するようになっていることを特徴とする
    スローアウェイ式エンドミル。
