  1. すくい面の周縁部に直線部とノーズ部とが形成されてな
    る正多角形状のスローアウェイチップにおいて、前記各
    直線部に、これら各直線部の同一箇所を前記すくい面の
    内方に向けて凹ませて互いに幅のほぼ等しい非削部を１
    個宛形成したことを特徴とする正多角形状のスローアウ
    ェイチップ。
