With the development of resin materials and molding technology, synthetic resin products have become widely used in a variety of fields, and there have been remarkable developments in the field of containers such as compact cosmetic containers and eyeglass cases. It has long been pointed out that it has drawbacks such as the surface being easily scratched and lacking in texture when compared to other materials.

However, in the conventional method, after the resin container is molded, leather cut into a predetermined shape is pasted using adhesive, which not only increases the number of manufacturing steps but also requires a considerable amount of skill. This requires time and effort, which increases the cost of the product. Also, when pasting it on the curved surface of a container, wrinkles may occur in the leather, making it difficult to achieve uniform quality. It had a point.

In addition, in the second invention, a method for manufacturing a resin container to which synthetic leather is firmly attached, a container opening 17 bit part and M (A-1: hinge part 17 bit part M) are placed in a mold for injection molding. Synthetic leather that is compatible with the thermoplastic synthetic resin that is injected from at least one side of the mold with the mold open, forming a pair of injection passages that are separated and communicated with the container cavity part and the lid clarity part, respectively. Insert the sheet into the hole with the other side facing the mold surface, and insert the mold into the hole. After closing the hinge tray with the synthetic leather φ sheet, open the injection path. By injecting molten thermoplastic synthetic resin from the mold, the other side of the synthetic leather sheet is brought into contact with the mold surface, and one side of the synthetic leather sheet is integrally welded to the resin.

, Figure 1 shows the structure of a resin container that is synonymous with synthetic leather. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a container body, and this container body is molded from, for example, a styrene-based resin material. Further, reference numeral 2 denotes a lid body molded separately from the container body 7, and this lid body 2 is also molded from, for example, styrene-based resin filler. On the other hand, a synthetic leather sheet 3 made of, for example, urethane leather with a relatively high polyurethane content that is compatible with styrene resin is fixed to the outer surfaces of the container body 1 J5 and the lid 2. This synthetic leather sheet 3 is integrally welded to the container body 1 and the body 2 for compatibility with the resin material during molding.
Container body 1 and lid body 2. A hinge 4 is formed at the connecting portion at each rear end. Therefore, the lid body 2 is the container body 1.
The projecting piece 5 formed at the front end of the container body 1 and the hook-shaped part 6 formed at the front end of the lid body 2
The closed state of the body 2 with respect to the container body 1 is maintained by engagement with the container body 1. Four portions 7 and 8 are formed inside the container body 1 and the lid 2 so as to face each other, and these recesses 7 and 8 form a space in which a predetermined object can be stored.

Since the resin container is constructed in this way, the container body 1J3 and the lid 2 are connected by the synthetic leather sheet 3, and the outer surface of each is made of resin so that it can have a similar texture. In addition, there is no possibility that the sheet 3, which is integrally welded during molding, will wrinkle or be peeled off from the resin. In addition, the lid body 2 can be opened and closed using the hinge 4.
Since the hinge 4 is made of the synthetic leather sheet 3, it is flexible and has excellent durability, and damage to the hinge portion, which has often been a problem in the past, can be avoided.

Next, to describe the method for manufacturing a resin container to which synthetic leather is fixed as described above, FIG. 2 shows a mold for injection molding. This is a lower mold, and between the upper mold 9 and the lower mold 10, a container kit bidi 8f111 that defines the container body 1 and a disk body cavity part 12 that defines the lid body 2 are formed side by side. A synthetic leather sheet 3 is provided between the rear L′ eye portions 11 and 12.
The hinge cavity portion 13 has a void corresponding to the thickness of
It is separated by 'C. In addition, a first injection path 14 communicating with the container cavity 11 and a second injection path 15 communicating with the lid cavity 12 are formed in the upper mold 9, respectively, and the other ends of these injection paths are connected to the injection molding machine (Fig. (not shown).

To mold the container described above using this mold, first, with the mold open, insert 3 into the synthetic leather sheet 1 made of urethane leather along the bottom surface of the cavity. This sheet 3 is cut to a predetermined size in advance, so that when it is inserted into the cavity, the ends thereof leave a portion defining the protrusion 5 and the hook-shaped portion 6 of the cavity. . Next, when the mold is closed, that is, when the upper mold 9 and the lower mold 10 are disjointed, the hinge cavity 13 formed at intervals corresponding to the thickness of the synthetic leather sheet 3 is closed by the sheet, and the container cavity 11 and the lid are closed. The body cavity portion 12 is completely separated. Thereafter, when molten styrene resin 16 heated to about 240° C. is injected from each injection path 14.15 into each cavity 11.12, the upper surface of the Y-sheet 3 melts due to the heat of the resin. Due to the compatibility of the polyurethane contained in the sheet with the styrene resin 16, the synthetic leather 3 is integrally welded to the resin. At the same time, the resin 160 is softened by heat. 3 is brought into pressure contact with the bottom surface of the cavity portion 11, 12 by the injection pressure of the resin, and is formed into a predetermined shape.

After the injection of the resin 16 is completed in this way, the resin is cooled to Ii.
After curing, check the mold (synthetic leather sheet 1).
The synthetic resin container to which the tube 3 is fixed is taken out. Therefore, according to the method according to the present invention described above, there is no need for the complication of attaching synthetic leather after molding the resin container.

Furthermore, if the bottom surface of the cavity portion 11, 12 is provided with an uneven pattern corresponding to a desired pattern in advance, it becomes possible to form an uneven pattern on the surface of the synthetic leather sheet 3 during the above-mentioned molding. The field of use of this container as a product will further expand.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the synthetic leather sheets 1 to 3 are formed from urethane leather with a relatively high polyurethane content, and a styrene-based synthetic resin is used. When using incompatible olefin-based materials, or when using polyamide-based leather or urethane-based leather with a low polyurethane content, as shown in Figure 3 (a),
A synthetic leather sheet 30 is used in which an adhesive layer 17 is provided on one side of the leather 3a, and the adhesive layer 17 is placed on the upper side (strained) and inserted into a mold.

As mentioned in J23 above, the kl threading method of the present invention (according to which, the synthetic leather sheet h is integrally welded to the synthetic resin container when it is molded, and therefore the conventional pasting work after molding is completely unnecessary). As a result, mass production and cost reduction can be achieved by greatly simplifying the manufacturing process, and the range of containers that can be manufactured using synthetic leather and lumber can be significantly expanded.
