A method is known in which a surface of a molded product is heat-welded and a sheet is adhered to the molded product at the same time as molding by cooling and solidifying a thermoplastic resin.

Generally, a polypropylene resin layer 12 is formed on the front surface and a polyethylene resin 13 is formed on the back surface. The synthetic resin that contacts the polyethylene resin layer 13 to be adhered is usually limited to a molded product such as the lid 10 made of the same quality polyethylene resin (for example, if the synthetic resin molded product is polyethylene). For example, the resin on the contact surface of the sheet is a polyethylene resin layer). This is because, if the resins are of the same quality, the sheets are bonded to the synthetic resin molded product with sufficient adhesive force by melting each other by the heat of the synthetic resin having affinity and being plasticized. On the other hand, when the synthetic resin layer to be adhered to the sheet 11 is a synthetic resin different from the synthetic resin such as the container, the affinity is poor and sufficient adhesive force cannot be obtained even when heat-melted. To
As described above, the adhesive surface of the molded product of the sheet 11 with the synthetic resin needs to be of the same quality.

Is a necessary requirement, and therefore it is not possible to bond a single sheet material such as paper or aluminum to a synthetic resin molded product. There is a problem that the process is required and the cost is increased accordingly. In addition, vegetables that need breathability,
It is necessary to use a breathable synthetic resin material for containers such as fruits, but for example, if you want to apply the desired printing on the surface of a synthetic resin molded product, you can use synthetic resin on the surface of the printed sheet to be attached. Since the resin layer is formed, there is also a problem that the function of the container requiring air permeability is not fully utilized.

At the same time as forming the desired molded product, the synthetic resin adhesive is used to integrally bond the sheet to the synthetic resin molded product, so that various sheets such as printing sheets can be easily and easily provided with a strong adhesive force. It was developed in order to provide a method for adhering a sheet that can be adhered to a molded product such as a synthetic resin container to a synthetic resin molded product.

The mold 1 is composed of a male mold 1a having an injection hole 3 of a polyethylene resin (hereinafter simply referred to as an injection resin), which is a thermoplastic resin mixed with a polyolefin resin adhesive described later, and a female mold 1b for receiving the injection resin. The male die 1a and the female die 1b form the lid 4 of the container having the shape as shown in the figure. In the present embodiment, a printing sheet 5 made of a material such as paper, aluminum, synthetic resin or the like having a picture pattern drawn on its surface as shown in FIG.
Has a polypropylene resin layer 6 formed on its back surface. Then, before closing the mold 1, the printing sheet 5 to be attached to the female mold 1b is placed and inserted with the polypropylene resin layer 6 as the upper surface. Then, a polyethylene resin 8 which is a molding material containing 1 to 15% by weight of a highly adhesive polyolefin resin adhesive 7 is injected from the injection hole 3 of the male mold 1a into the mold 1 while being heat-plasticized. Is. Then, the polyethylene resin 8 which is a synthetic resin injected after a predetermined time has elapsed is cooled and solidified, and the mold 1 is opened to open the mold 1.
If it is taken out from the polyethylene resin 8 even if it is a different kind of molten synthetic resin, it is printed on the polyethylene resin 8 which is injection molded into the shape of the lid 4 shown in the figure by the adhesive force of the polyolefin resin adhesive 7 mixed in the polyethylene resin 8 at the time of heat fusion. 5 will be strongly bonded (see FIGS. 1 and 3).

The method of adhering the print sheet 5 to the lid 4 is performed through the same steps as in the first embodiment. In this embodiment, conventionally, it was necessary to form a synthetic resin layer of the same quality as the injection resin on the surface of the molded product such as the container to be adhered or the adhesion surface of the printing sheet 5, but it was mixed with the injection resin. By the action of the polyolefin resin adhesive 7 thus formed, it becomes possible to adhere only the printing sheet 5 alone to the surface of the lid 4 of the container.

A polypropylene resin 6 ', which is a molding material in which a polyolefin resin adhesive is mixed in the portions 5a and the portions corresponding to the upper opening 2a and the lower bottom 2b of the container 2 as in the above embodiment.
The container 2 is molded by injecting into a mold. In this embodiment, the polypropylene resin 6'acts as a reinforcing rib of the container 2 and most of the container 2 is constituted by the printing sheet 5, so that it is most suitable as a container for vegetables, fruits and the like that needs air permeability. It is possible to provide a different container 2.

At the same time, since the sheet is bonded and integrated with the synthetic resin molded product by the synthetic resin adhesive, a synthetic resin of the same quality as the conventional synthetic resin molded product to be bonded is formed on a sheet such as a printing sheet. In addition to the case where a synthetic resin different from the injection molding synthetic resin is formed on the sheet, it is possible to bond the sheet with a strong adhesive force to the synthetic resin molded product such as the container even with the sheet alone.
