器の機能が充分に生かされないという問題点をも有して

脂容器等の成形品に接着可能としたシートの合成樹脂成
形品への接着方法を提供しようとして開発したものであ
る。

ィン樹脂接着剤7を1〜15重量%混入した成形材料であ
るポリエチレン樹脂8を雄型1aの射出孔3から加熱可塑
化された状態で金型1に射出させるものである。そし
て、所定の時間経過後に射出される合成樹脂であるポリ
エチレン樹脂8を冷却固化させ、金型1を開いて金型1
から取り出せば溶融した異種の合成樹脂であっても熱溶
融時にポリエチレン樹脂8に混入されたポリオレフィン
樹脂接着剤7の接着力によって、図示する蓋4の形状に
射出成形されるポリエチレン樹脂8に印刷シート5が強
力に接着されることになる(第1図及び第3図参照)。
