PURPOSE:To make it possible to adhere a sheet on a molded article such as a synthetic resin container and the like with a strong adhesive force, simply and easily, by inserting the sheet in a mold, injecting a thermoplastic resin where an adhesive is mixed on the rear face of the sheet, molding a desired molded article and at the same time adhering the sheet integrally. CONSTITUTION:Before a mold 1 is closed, a sheet 5 to be adhered is laced on the female mold 1b in such a way that a polypropylene resin layer 6 becomes to be an upper face and therein inserted. Thereafter, a polyethylene resin 8 mixed with a polyolefin resin adhesive 7 having strong adhesive property is injected in the mold 1 from an injecting hole 3 of a male mold 1a. After a specific time is passed, the polyethylene resin 8 is cooled and solidified, and the molded item 4 is taken out by opening the mold 1. Even if the molten synthetic resin is different kind, the sheet 5 is strongly adhered with the polyethylene resin 8 by the adhering force of the polyolefin resin adhesive 7 mixed in the polyethylene resin 8.
