    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数枚の半導体ウェハーを水平の状態で、所定の間隔を
    隔てて、上下に収納するための収納溝を有する一組のウ
    ェハー保持手段と、このウェハー保持手段を所定の間隔
    を保ち、前記収納溝を対面させて結合する結合手段と、
    前記半導体ウェハーを水平に保持した状態で、前記半導
    体ウェハーカセットを上下に積み重ねるよう設けられた
    保合手段とを有する半導体ウェハーカセット。
