図中、１は導波管、２は誘電体板、３は細隙、４は金属
膜、５は第１の分岐部、６は第２の分岐部、７は第１の
分岐線−，８は第２の分岐線路、９はダイオード、１θ
は分岐した細隙、１１はフィンラインである。なお、図

Claims (1)

搬方向に沿って設けられた細隙に、概略ｌへ波長の奇数
倍の間隔で、先端を等価的に短絡した分岐した細隙を設
け、かつ、上記分岐した細隙の分岐部と等価的に短絡し
た先端との間に、分岐した細隙を橋渡しするようにダイ
オードを金属膜に装着し、かつ上記ダイオードにバイア
ス電圧を印加する手段を具備し、さらに、上記ダイオー
ドに印加するバイアス電圧を切り換えることにより、は
ぼ等しい大きさの、誘導性あるいは容量性リアクタンス
がフィンラインに直列に装荷されるように、上記分岐し
