て、液体タンクと、この液体タンクから導かれる液体を
前記コンプレッサの出口側パイプ内に噴霧する噴霧器と
、前記コンプレッサの出口側パイプ内に設けられた湿度
センサと、この湿度センサの検知結果に応じて前記噴霧
器への液体流量を制御する流量制御弁とを具備したこと
