Conventionally, in order to improve the strength of the decorative veneer surface, the so-called W2C method has been adopted, in which the decorative veneer is immersed in a resin solution and processed with a resin. However, this method requires a large-sized dipping device, and in order to uniformly impregnate the inside of the decorative veneer with resin, a decompression device or a pressurization device is required.

Furthermore, there is a problem in that the decorative veneer impregnated with resin is difficult to handle.

On the other hand, a method has been proposed in which a sheet of glass nonwoven fabric impregnated with resin is placed on a decorative veneer and then pressed. The problem is that the number of steps increases. Therefore, if you try to press a resin-impregnated sheet onto the decorative veneer at the same time as adhering the base plate and the decorative veneer, if the adhesive and the resin impregnated into the sheet are different, the difference between the two resins during hot pressing may It was difficult to achieve a uniform finish due to differences in fluidity. Furthermore, in the method of placing a resin-impregnated sheet on a decorative veneer and pressing it, the resin is not sufficiently impregnated into the decorative veneer, resulting in inferior strength compared to the above-mentioned W2C method.

One embodiment of this invention will be described based on the drawings. That is, the method for manufacturing this decorative board includes a resin-impregnated sheet using a fibrous sheet.1. 1' was superimposed on both sides of the decorative veneer 2, and heated and pressed onto the base plate 3 to bond the base plate 3 and the decorative veneer 2 with the resin impregnated into the resin-impregnated sheet 1', and placed on both sides. Resin-impregnated sheet) 1.1' The resin is permeated into the decorative veneer 2 to improve the physical properties.

Resin-impregnated sheets 1 are applied to both sides of the decorative veneer 2 by heating and pressing.
.. 1'Th each and heat and press at the same time. It is preferable to adopt a so-called one-stage press method, but if necessary, a resin-impregnated sheet 1 may be inserted between the decorative veneer 2 and the base plate 3.
After heat-pressing with the veneer 2 interposed, the same resin-impregnated sheet 1 is placed on the decorative veneer 2 and heat-pressing is performed. A so-called two-stage press method may also be adopted. In either the one-stage press method or the two-stage press method, the resin is infiltrated into the interior from both sides of the decorative veneer 20, so the voids inside the decorative veneer 2 are filled with the infiltrated resin, preventing uneven impregnation. This makes it possible to obtain a uniform decorative board.

The resin-impregnated sheet) 1.1' is obtained by impregnating a fibrous sheet with a polymerizable resin. As a fibrous sheet,
For example, woven or non-woven fabrics made of natural fibers or recycled fibers such as kraft paper and rayon, woven or non-woven fabrics made of synthetic fibers such as vinylon, polyester 6 acrylic, and nylon, and glass woven fabrics or glass non-woven fabrics using glass fibers. A mixed sheet using two or more of these fibers can also be used. Examples of the polymerizable resin include polyester, diallyl phthalate resin, and epoxy resin. The physical properties of the decorative board obtained vary greatly depending on the fibrous sheet and polymeric resin used, so it is preferable to select the fibrous sheet and polymeric resin so as to obtain the desired physical property values. When using synthetic fiber non-woven fabric or glass cloth as the material sheet, the decorative board has less moisture absorption and hardly deteriorates. Further, when a diallyl phthalate resin is used as the resin, it has particularly excellent impact resistance and can be imparted with resistance to alkalis and organic solvents.

However, by placing the resin-impregnated sheet 1.1' in which a fibrous sheet is impregnated with the resin described above on both sides of the decorative veneer 20 and heat-pressing it on one board 3, the resulting decorative board is High surface hardness, easily scratched<<, crack resistance, light resistance.

Further, by making the refractive index of the fibers of the fibrous sheet and the refractive index of the impregnated resin after hardening close to each other, the finish of the surface of the decorative board can be significantly improved.

以上のように、この発明の化粧板の製造方法は。As described above, the method for manufacturing a decorative board of the present invention is as follows.

By placing resin-impregnated sheets using fibrous sheets on both sides of a decorative veneer and heat-pressing them onto a single plywood sheet, it is possible to create a good finish with a beautiful wood grain pattern, and it also has excellent strength. This has the effect of making it possible to easily obtain a modified undergarment board.
