Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被現像物をセットする固定治具の中心部分に前記
    被現像物をセットするための凹部を設けたことを特徴と
    するレジスト現像装置。
  2. （２）前記凹部の平面形状が前記被現像物の平面形状と
    同一もしくは０〜１ｍｍ大きいことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のレジスト現像装置。
  3. （３）　　前記凹部の深さが、前記被現像物の厚さ±０
    ゜５Ｔｒｒ！ｒＬであることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のレジスト現像装置。
