  1. 真空容器と排気ポンプの間に排気通路を開閉する切換え
    弁を設けて容器を排気するように構成したイオンスパッ
    タリング装置に於て、容器の圧力を側御するバルブを前
    記切換え弁と排気ポンプの間に設けたことを特徴とする
    イオンスパッタリング装置。
