  1. 電力用トランジスタを２〜４ヶ並列に接続したトランジ
    スタチョッパ回路の最大ピーク電流値を制限している制
    御回路において、電力用トランジスタの通電していると
    きのペースエミッタ間電圧が、規定値を越えたとき、電
    流制限値を低減するようにしたことを特徴とする電力用
    トランジスタチョッパ回路。
