第１図は従来の回路を示す結線図、第２図は本考案の一
実施例を示す結線図である。図中１１は出力トランジス
タ、１２はドライブψトランジスタ、１３は変換トラン
ジスタ、１４は変換抵抗、１５はアンプ、１６と１７は
基準電圧線用素子、１８と１９とは電圧分割用抵抗であ
る。更に２１は本考案の破壊防止抵抗である。尚、図中
、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 出力トランジスタとドライブ・トランジスタと電圧／電
    流変換手段と出力誤差比較増幅手段とで構成される直流
    安定化回路において、ドライブ・トランジスタのコレク
    タもしくはエミッタの少なくとも一方と上記出力トラン
    ジスタとの間に、上記出力トランジスタの定格条件を満
    足しかつ通常動作に影響を与えない範囲の値を有する破
    壊防止抵抗を接続したことを特徴とする直流安定化電源
    回路。
