    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トランジスタとダイオードの逆並列回路、該逆並列回路
    と直列接続してインバータの直流側端子間に挿入される
    コンデンサ、過電流の発生を検出する検出器、該検出器
    の動作出力を受けてベース電流の供給動作を停止する上
    記トランジスタのベース電流制御器を具えるインバータ
    過電流保護装置において、上記過電流の発生を検出する
    検出器が上記トランジスタの電圧を検出する電圧検出器
    であることを特徴とするインバータの過電流保護装置。
