Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は内面を熱接着性合成樹脂膜によって被覆した紙
材よりなる紙製容器の口部に形成した折込扁平部と斜交
する方向に振動する超音波発振装置を形成し、前記超音
波発振装置の下端に形成した振動端子の押圧面に前記折
込扁平部を押圧する抑圧板を形成し、前記超音波発振装
置と前記抑圧板のいづれか一方または両者を前記折込扁
平部に対して進退させることを特徴とする紙製容器の口
部溶着装置に関するものであり、紙製容器の口部内面に
粉体、粘稠物等が付着していても容易且つ迅速に熱接着
し、内容物の漏洩を防止し、しかも紙材自体を加熱しな
いので、紙材の熱劣化がなく、強度の低下による変形を
生じないものである。
従来提供されている加熱封止体により加熱加圧して溶着
する場合、外層材が稍々厚手の紙材である場合、中間層
に金属箔が積層されている場合には内層の熱接着層を溶
融するために加熱封止体を高温にしなければならず、そ
のために加熱封止体に当接している紙材に熱劣化を生じ
、変形する欠点があり、また内層の熱接着層の表面に粉
体、粘稠物が付着している場合、熱接着が不十分となシ
、内容物の漏洩、熱接着部の剥離等の欠点があったが、
本発明者は種々実験研究の結果、このような欠点のない
本発明を得たのである。
以下本発明の実施例を第1図、第2図、第3図、第4図
、第5図について説明すると、円面を厚さ20〜50μ
のエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体を15〜30重量%添加
したポリエチレン、ポリ塩化ビニルの如き熱接着性合成
樹脂膜1によって被覆した紙材寸たは前記の如き熱接着
性合成樹脂膜1の内面にアルミニウム箔2を中間層とし
て積層した紙材を適宜の成形手段によって底部3を封止
した角形筒状の紙製容器4の口部5に、紙製容器4に内
容物を充填後適宜の成形手段によって折込扁平部6に対
して1〜89度好ましくは10〜30度斜交する方向に
振動する超音波発振装置7を支持杆8に支持腕9を介し
て回動自在に装着し、支持腕9に超音波発振装置7を回
動する回動装置lOを形成するものであり、回動装置1
0は液圧、空気圧を導入し機枠Aに固定されたシリンダ
11、ピストン12、連結杆13とよシなり、ピストン
12の摺動によって超音波発振装置7を支持杆8を中心
として回動するものであり、超音波発振装置7を発撮器
14、増幅器15、振動子16、振動子抑え杆17、ホ
ーン部18、振動端子19よりなり、振動端子19の両
側に折込扁平部6と当接し、必要ならばマーク、ローレ
ット等を形成した抑圧面20.21を形成し、折込扁平
部6の撮動端子19と反対側に当接する抑圧板22を機
枠Aに固定し、抑圧板22の折込扁平部6と当接する面
に必要ならばマーク、ローレットを形成するものである
。図中23は間欠移送される紙製容器4を轡定の部位に
案内する案内レールである。
本発明は前記の如き紙材の枚葉体を適宜の製袋機によっ
て底部3を封止し口部5開放の角形の紙製容器4を形成
し、内容物を所定量充容し、適宜の間欠移送装置によっ
て案内レール23によって所定位置に移送される直前に
、回動装置1゜を作動し、超音波発振装置7を支持杆8
を中心として時計式方向に回動し、振動端子19と押圧
板22とを開広し、その間に紙製容器4の頂部の折込扁
平部6を挿入して後、回動装置1oを前記と反対方向即
ち反時計方向に回動し、振動端子19の押圧面20と押
圧板22によって折込扁平部6を挟圧すると同時に超音
波発振装置7に通電し、振動端子19の押圧面20によ
って折込扁平部6の内部で当接している熱接着性合成樹
脂膜IK斜交する方向の超音波振動を加えると、折込扁
平部6の内部の熱接着性合成樹脂膜1は溶融し、互に接
着し、折込扁平部6を溶着封止するものである。折込扁
平部6を溶着封止すると同時に超音波発振装置7への通
電を遮断し、回動装置10を作動し、超音波発振装置7
を回動して振動端子19を折込扁平部6よシ退避させ、
口部を封止した紙製容器4を間欠移送装置によって移動
させると共に、新しい紙製容器4の折込扁平部6を振動
端子19と押圧板22との間に挿入し、前記の如き作動
を繰返し行なうものである。振動端子19の押圧面20
が摩耗した場合には、ホーン部18を180度回転して
他の押圧面21を適用するものである。
本発明の他の実施例を第6図について説明すると、第1
図に示す装置において支持腕9を支持杆8に固定するが
、あるいは回動装置1oを固定して超音波発振装置7を
回動することなく固定し、液圧、空気圧を導入し、機枠
Aに固定したシリンダ25内のピストン26よシなる進
退装置27の前ピストン26に抑圧板22を連結し、抑
圧板22を進退するようにしたもので、押圧板22を退
避して両者の間を開広し、前記実施例と同様に振動端子
19の押圧面2oと押圧板22との間に紙製容器4の上
端の折込扁平部6を挿入し、進退装置27を作動して折
込扁平部6を振動端子19の押圧面20と押圧板22と
によって挾圧し、超音波発振装置7に通成し、前記実施
例と同様にして折込扁平部6の内面を封止するものであ
る。前記実施列と同一符号は同一部位を示し、その作動
も同様のものである。
本発明の他の実施例を第7図について説明すると、前記
実施例の回動装置1oを支持腕9に形成し、前記実施例
の進退装置27を抑圧板21に形成したもので、振動端
子19と押圧板21とを夫々両側に退避し、両者の間を
開広し、紙製容器4の上部の折込扁平部6を挿入して後
、振動端子19と押圧板22とを前進させて折込扁平部
6を振動端子19の押圧面20と押圧板22とによっt
挟圧し、超音波発振装置7に通電し、折込扁平部6に超
音波振動を加えて折込扁平部6の内面を封止するもので
ある。前記実施例と同一符号は同一部位を示し、その作
動も亦同様である。
本発明は内面を熱接着性合成樹脂膜によって被覆した紙
材よりなる紙製容器の口部に形成した折込扁平部と斜交
する方向に振動する超音波発振装置を形成し、前記超音
波発振装置の下端に形成した振動端子の押圧面に前記折
込扁平部を押圧する押圧板を形成し、前記超音波発振装
置と前記抑圧板のいづれか一方または両者を前記折込扁
平部に対して進退させることを特徴とする紙製容器の口
部溶着装置であり、紙製容器の口部内面に粉体、粘稠物
等の内容物が付着していても容易且迅速に強度の大きい
熱接着封止が可能であり、内容物の漏洩を防止し、しか
も紙材自体を加熱しないから、紙材の熱劣化が外く強度
の低下による変形を生じ々い封止した紙製容器が得られ
るものである。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)内面を熱接着性合成樹脂膜によって被覆した紙材
    よりなる紙製容器の口部に形成した折込扁平部と斜交す
    る方向に振動する超音波発振装置を形成し、前記超音波
    発振装置の下端に形成した振動端子の抑圧面に前記折込
    扁平部を押圧する抑圧板を形成し、前記超音波発振装置
    と前記抑圧板のいづれか一方または両者を前記折込扁平
    部に対して進退させることを特徴とする紙製容器の口部
    溶着装置。
  2. (2)  前記超音波発振装置を回動自在に形成し、前
    記超音波発振装置を同動する回動装置を形成することを
    特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の紙製容器の口部
    溶着装置。
  3. (3)前記抑圧板を進退自在に形成し、前記抑圧板は進
    退する進退装置を形成することを特徴とする特許請求の
    範囲第1項記載の紙製容器の口部溶着装置。
  4. (4)  前記超音波発振装置を回動自在に形成し、前
    記超音波発振装置を回動する回動装置を形成し、前記抑
    圧板を進退自在に形成し、前記抑圧板を進退する進退装
    置を形成することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記
    載の紙製容器の口部溶着装置。
