    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発熱素子の放熱部とこれに接触し且つ素子を固着する伝
    熱ブロックと電気的絶縁層とヒートシンクとの積層構成
    でなり、前記発熱素子の取付脚が前記積層゛を貫通する
    ものに於て、前記ヒートシンクに形成される電気的絶縁
    用逃げ孔の前記絶縁層側の端縁が面とりされていること
    を特徴とする放熱器。
