組立断面をＡ、　Ｂ、　Ｃ図に示す。第４図は第３図の
変形例の断面図を示す。 図において１は高周波用混成集積回路、２はセラミック
基板、９は薄板の遮蔽ケース、１０は金属板、１２は絶
縁性部材を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. セラミック基板と接合せる金属板とを具備してなる高周
    波用混成集積回路のケース格納構造において、該高周波
    用混成集積回路を薄板の遮蔽ケースに格納すると共に絶
    縁性部材を内在せしめ、かつ前記遮蔽ケース内に密封し
    てなることを特徴とする高周波用混成集積回路のケース
    格納構造。
