る。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a plastic surface device 11ii. More specifically, the present invention relates to a plastic surface device 11ii, and more specifically, an ink having a special composition is used to coat the surface of a plastic molded product such as a snack or a cosmetic container with a desired color. The dye of the printing ink penetrates and dyes the resin, and the gist is that a disperse dye or oil-soluble dye bath-dissolved with an M-iso d agent and an acrylic-based dye are used. This method consists in using a special ink containing resin or cellulose resin, and drying at an appropriate temperature after printing. Conventional methods for decorating the bottom of plastics include (a) color molding by mixing dye into the plastic material, (+-) dyeing, (c) painting, and (
=) printing, (e) plating, (→ sputtering, vacuum evaporation layer, (rehot stamping, etc.) were used, but regarding (a) above, it is simply coloring the plastic, It is technically impossible to decorate with designs, patterns, etc., and there are problems with the adhesion of (b) to (b), and the decorative parts may be damaged due to peeling of paint, ink, etc. or abrasion of the plastic surface. 7゜The present invention uses an ink with a special composition to produce plastic molded products such as cosmetic containers (plates, cylinders, spheres, and other curved surface deformed products can all be conveniently used). The desired pattern is printed on the surface of the plastic cloth and the printing ink is dyed.
The above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional methods can be overcome by penetrating dyeing.
The object of the present invention is to provide a method for decorating the surface of plastics that achieves remarkable effects in terms of adhesion and abrasion resistance.

20 The above is just an indication of the composition of the ink,
As shown in FIG. 1, a desired pattern 2 is printed on the surface of a plastic substrate 1 using an ink having the composition of the above dpi using a screen printing machine, and then heated and dried at a temperature of about 70 to 120 C for 10 to 60 minutes. When you do this, the dye in the ink becomes the second
Penetration dyeing is applied to the plastic base material 1 as shown in the figure. After that, the excess ink is removed with an organic solvent, and the pattern 2' penetrantly dyed on the base material 1 is clearly expressed as shown in Figure d and 6.

It prints and penetrates the ink dye onto the plastic surface. It has excellent layering properties and eliminates the disadvantages of conventional methods, such as peeling off of decorative parts or loss of decorative parts due to abrasion of the plastic surface. It is possible to provide an extremely useful and versatile method for making plastic facing iron cylinders that can be cleaned easily.
