Abstract

PURPOSE: To offer a thermal copy printing process of materials containing synthetic polyamide so as to obtain a print with high wet strength by using a reactive disperse dye having di/monofluoro-1, 3, 5-triazinyl group.
CONSTITUTION: A sublimate disperse dye below 800 in molecular weight is used which has di/monofluoro-1, 3, 5-triazinyl group given in a formula [D is a color mother in which sulfonic acid group and carboxyl group are not contained: X being fluorine atom, -R1, -OR1, -SR1, -NR1R2 (R1 being alkyl group 1W5 in carbon number; R2 being hydrogen atom, alkyl group 1W5 in carbon number)]. A transfer sheet is prepared through printing on a support substrance like paper with ink containing the reactive disperse dye, the printing face of the transfer sheet is placed upon material containing synthetic polyamide like nylon, and the dye is transferred to the material containing synthetic polyamide through heating at 140W 240°C.
