Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled ink capable of showing a letter clearly, by mixing a vehicle comprising an acrylic resin as matrix with a disperse dye and an additive for improving the properties of an ink. CONSTITUTION:A printing ink for synthetic resins (A) is obtained by mixing a vehicle comprising an acrylic resin of a molecular weight of 30,000-300,000 as matrix with an additive for improving the properties of an ink and, if necessary, one or more of yellow, red, and blue disperse dyes which have a feature of penetrating into the synthetic resin material and a small difference in sublimation temperature from each other. A suitable pattern is printed with the ink A on the surface of a bright-colored resin material 1, which is heated at 120-160 deg.C for 2-10min to allow part of the ink A to penetrate into the resin material 1 and then immersed in a chemical fluid 3 to remove an unnecessary part a2 of the ink A that has not penetrated into the material 1.

As is well known, to display characters (including symbols and figures) on synthetic resin materials, ink is used that has a disperse dye as a base material, and the colorant penetrates into the resin layer. However, this ink cannot be used for all synthetic resins with different characteristics; for example, it is difficult to paint and print on polyacetal resin materials with poor surface activity, and it is difficult to print on light-colored resin materials with a dark background. There were inconveniences such as difficulty in displaying characters. As a means of displaying light-colored characters on a dark-colored background, there is an engraving method in which recesses corresponding to the displayed characters are engraved on the surface of a dark-colored resin material, and light-colored ink is applied to the recesses, and light-colored resin is used. Generally, a two-color molding method is used, in which a display character part is molded using a mold, and then a resin material is integrally molded with a dark-colored resin using the character part as a male mold. However, the stamping method and two-color molding method have the disadvantage that they require advanced technology to mold the entire shape and are expensive.

The ink for synthetic resins of the present invention consists of a colorless printing ink in which an additive that improves the ink function is mixed into a vehicle made of an acrylic resin with a molecular weight of 30,000 to 300,000 as a base material, and a sublimation temperature difference between the ink and the ink. Colored sublimation ink is a mixture of one or more types of yellow, red, and blue disperse dyes, which have a small amount of color. The sublimation ink is printed in an appropriate pattern on the surface of a light-colored resin material, and the printing part is heated to transfer the ink into the material. Printing that did not penetrate into the material by removing the main parts of the ink that did not penetrate and displaying dark-colored characters on a light-colored background, or coloring the material after printing with at least a well-known dye. The unnecessary portions of ink and the unnecessary dyed layer of colored dye are removed using a chemical solution to display light-colored characters on a dark-colored background.

Therefore, by using an acrylic resin as a vehicle, the sublimation ink of the present invention can display dark-colored characters on a light-colored background as before, and can also be printed on synthetic resins, which could not be printed up until now. This has the great advantage of making printing possible, and it also makes it possible to clearly display light-colored characters on dark-colored backgrounds, which has been difficult until now. Furthermore, the sublimation ink of the present invention and the method of printing synthetic resin using the ink are extremely simple, and can be produced at a lower cost than the two-color molding method. This has a significant practical effect on improvement.

[Scope of Claims] 1) A colorless printing ink for synthetic resins, in which an acrylic resin-based vehicle is mixed with additives that improve ink functionality. 2) Printing ink for colored synthetic resins consisting of a disperse dye that penetrates into the interior of synthetic resin materials, a vehicle using acrylic resin as a base material, and additives that improve ink functionality. 3) The acrylic resin of the vehicle has a molecular weight of 30,000 to 3
00000, and the disperse dye is a mixture of one or more types of yellow, red, and blue dyes with a small difference in sublimation temperature. 4) A printing process of displaying an appropriate pattern on the surface of the light-colored resin material 1 with a dark-colored sublimation ink A consisting of a vehicle with at least an acrylic resin as a base material, a dark-colored disperse dye, and an additive, and printing. A heating process in which a part of the ink penetrates and fuses into the material, and an ink removal process in which unnecessary parts a_2 of the printing ink that did not penetrate into the material are removed using chemical solution 3 are performed in order, and the printing ink is applied to the light-colored background 1a. A synthetic resin printing method for displaying dark-colored characters 2 according to A. 5) A printing process of displaying an appropriate pattern of colorless ink B consisting of a vehicle and additives in which at least an acrylic resin is used as a base material on the surface of the light-colored resin material 1, and a printing step of displaying a dark-colored dye D on the printing material. The synthetic resin is then sequentially subjected to a coloring step of dyeing, and a removal step of removing unnecessary parts b_2 of printing ink and unnecessary dyed layer d_2 of dye using chemical solution 3, and displaying light-colored characters 12 of the material on dark-colored dye-colored background 1b. printing method. 6) A printing process of displaying sublimation ink A consisting of at least a light-colored disperse dye different from the material, a vehicle made of acrylic resin as a base material, and additives in an appropriate pattern on the surface of the light-colored resin material 1; , coloring process of dyeing dark dye D, printing ink unnecessary area a_2 and dye unnecessary dyeing layer d_
A synthetic resin printing method in which light-colored characters 2 of printing ink A are displayed on a dark dye-colored background 1b by sequentially performing a removal step of removing 2 with a chemical solution 3. 7) After the removal process, a heating process is performed to fuse the material 1 and the ink and dye that have penetrated into it, forming an ink-dyed layer a_1.
The synthetic resin printing method according to claims 5 and 6, wherein the dye-dyed layer d_1 is stabilized. 8) A heating process is performed between the coloring process and the removal process, and material 1
The synthetic resin printing method according to claims 5 and 6, wherein the ink and dye permeated therein are fused to stabilize the ink dyed layer a_1 and the dye dyed layer d_1. 9) After the coloring process, a reduction process is performed to remove the unnecessary dyed layer d_2 of the unnecessary dye that did not penetrate into the material 1, and in the removal process, the unnecessary part a_2 of the ink that did not penetrate into the material is removed. The synthetic resin printing method according to the scope 5, 6, 7, and 8.
