徴とする蒸し麺・茹麺製造装置であって、図面はその実
施例を示すものである。そこにおいて1は、切り出され
てウェーブを付け°られた麺線2を各処理工程に搬送す
る搬送コンベアーである。3は一次蒸射室テ、中にスチ
ームパイプ4を設置する。5は、蒸射し終った麺線2に
補水するための補水機である。6は蒸射茹上室で、−次
蒸射室3同様スチームパイプ7を設置し、また、湯水の
給排水設備を設け、蒸射と茹上とを適宜切替えて行なえ
るようにする。なお、湯水はフィルター8を通して循環
させることにより再利用可能とすることが好ましい。9
