Description
METHOD OF OBTAINING SULPHATE PULP
1one
The invention relates to the field of the production of fibrous semi-finished products from cellulosic plant material, mainly from larch wood, intended for the manufacture of such types of paper as writing, typographical, electrical insulation and containerboard.
Осуществление экстракции к тому же осложн етс больщим количеством операций - от 6 до 8 ступеней экстракции с применением на каждой стадии свежей воды, а экстракты не могут быть использованы дл дальнейщей переработки, так как концентраци сухих веществ в растворе из-за многократной смены воды очень низка .A known method for producing sulphate pulp, concludes that the initial cellulose-containing raw material, for example, eucalypt wood, is treated with water (without pressure) at temperatures up to 80 ° C (for the purpose of extracting water-soluble substances); the extract thus obtained is removed and sulphate cooking is carried out by a known method. However, the known method is not very effective, since it takes from 4 to 24 hours to conduct a quantitative extraction of water-soluble substances up to 70% with a stepwise rise in temperature to 80 ° C. The extraction is also complicated by the large number of operations — from 6 to 8 steps of extraction using fresh water at each stage, and the extracts cannot be used for further processing, since the concentration of solids in the solution is very low due to repeated water changes. .
In order to improve the process, a method for producing sulphate pulp is proposed, in
котором предварительную обработку водой исходного целлюлозосодержащего сырь ведут при темнературе до 95°С и гидравлическом давлении до 10 атм.which pre-treatment with water of the original cellulose-containing raw material is carried out at temperaure to 95 ° C and hydraulic pressure up to 10 atm.
The described method consists in the fact that the initial cellulose-containing plant raw material, mainly larch chips, is treated with water that circulates in the boiler for 5-60 minutes (or with an aqueous solution of the extract from the previous treatment) at a temperature of 50-95 C under hydraulic pressure up to 10 atm
Under these conditions, water or a water-soluble extract solution with greater speed and in greater volume penetrates into woody tissue. Due to this, the most complete extraction of water-soluble substances from wood, in particular larch, occurs, simultaneously preserving them from destruction and pollution. After the wood chips are impregnated with water, the resulting aqueous impregnating solution of the extract is removed from the boiler and directed or similar. Impregnations to increase the concentration of water-soluble wood substances in the process, for further processing to obtain valuable chemical compounds. Pronntappu wood chips nodvergayut cooking in the usual way, in particular sulphate.
The proposed method for the production of pulp from larch wood can be carried out both in batch and in continuous sulphate cooking.
In the case of periochemical cooking, the boiler is filled with chips and, after its cooking, it is filled with water or an aqueous solution of the extract from previous boiling. To achieve a temperature of 50-95 ° C, hot steam is supplied to the lower part of the boiler or heated
From tab. 1 it follows that it is rational to carry out stepwise extraction using an aqueous solution of the extract, for example, for the first stage. In this way, it is possible to increase the dry matter concentration in the solution by almost one and a half times compared to the concentration during the impregnation of the chips with water for 60 minutes. The process of cutting chips with multiple use of an aqueous solution of the extract can be carried out in one digester or sequentially in several boilers.
Example 1. A hot aqueous solution of an extract with a temperature of 90 ° C is poured into a cooking pot with larch wood chips, a hydraulic pressure is created up to 10 atm and maintained for 15 minutes.
1.The aqueous solution of the extract enriched with water-soluble substances is compactedly removed into a storage tank for further processing. Hot water is poured into the chip extractor boiler and extracted again under the specified conditions, and the resulting weak extract is used to process fresh chips. With an increase in the number of impregnation steps, the completeness of extraction of water soluble chemicals from larch woods increases. After removing the impregnating aqueous solution of the extract from the final impregnation stub, the cooking bees are poured into the kettle and sulphate cooking is carried out. During continuous cooking, the impregnation of the chips with water or with a water impregnating solution of the extract under hydraulic pressure is carried out in a continuously operating vertical or horizontal extraction apparatus, installed after the steaming chamber before the cooking vessel and continuous. In this case, the process of extraction with water-deaf steam in the preheater. Then, a high pressure pump in the boiler creates an excessive hydraulic pressure of up to 10 atm. The minimum duration of the larch chips penetration is 5 minutes, with this, 24% of the total content of water-soluble substances in the chips is extracted, and the maximum duration of the treatment is 60 minutes. 53.7% of the total content of water-soluble substances is recovered. The results of the process are given in table. one.
В первом случае движение щепы и водыsoluble substances can be carried out in two ways: direct flow and countercurrent. In the first case, the movement of chips and water
Концентрированный водный пропиточный раствор экстракта направл ют на дальнейшую химическую переработку , а пропитанную щепу в варочный котел непрерывного действи дл проведени сульфатной варки.or an aqueous impregnating solution of the extract is carried out in one direction, and in the second case, towards each other. At the same time, due to the backflow, water or an aqueous impregnating solution of the extract all the time comes into contact with fresh portions of chips and to a greater degree is graded with water-soluble substances, which increases the content of latex in the solution. The concentrated aqueous impregnating solution of the extract is sent for further chemical processing, and the soaked chips in a continuous digester for carrying out sulphate cooking.
2.Example 2. A series of sulphate cooking from leafy chips was carried out with pre-impregnation with water with different duration of impregnation. The conditions for pre-cutting and boiling and the quality of the pulps obtained are given in table. 2
3,5-4,8%.According to Table 2, it follows that the amount of incomplete fusion in larch pulp obtained by the proposed method is reduced to 3.5-4.8%.
At the same time, the lignin content in cellulose is also up to 4.9%, which indicates the possibility of reducing the consumption of chemicals by boiling by 1-3% or reducing the duration of sulphate cooking.
