Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は酌過器カートリッジ用の分離器であって、襞状
濾過器材が中央に配置された、孔あきシートで形成され
た管体である支持装置゛に巡らされ、分ｊ纜器が両者の
各横内に配置されている分離器に係わる。
沖在まで、分離器は櫨過器材に使われていなかった。と
いうのは、紙がこの紙はまだ他の用途には使われている
。これは、仙の用途においては紙は十分な硬さを有し、
支える必要がないからである。
しかし、譜過器材は、該溝鍋器材を境にした圧力差か大
きくなると、吸引されてへこむことがあり、このために
、比較的大きな鯖過面を持つように形成せざるを得す、
小さい体積の襞状濾過器カートリッジを得ることができ
す、小型化による利”点は失われていた。
このようなへこみを防ぐ一つの装置は現在までのところ
襞状の金網であるが、襞状の金網は構造を複雑化し、良
好な解決策ではなく、製造に膨大な製造９組立費用を要
する。
ある型の濾過器カートリッジでは、例えば正方形の濾過
器の容器に、波状アルミニュウム箔が濾過器材の支持部
材としての分離器に使われている。
このような分離器を使うことによってこの不便に対処す
ることが提案されてきた。しかしこの試みも複雑で高価
な解決策である。
本発明の目的の一つは、上述の欠点が回避され、分離器
が製造に容易なわずかな重量の安価な材料で作られ、製
造原価の低い瀞過器カートリッジ用の分離器を提供する
ことである。
従って、−面においては、本発明は角錐形の横内に形成
された剛性の有＠フィルムで形成され、襞の幅は濾過器
材の襞の頂上のゼロから、滓過材の襞の基部を成す中央
に配置された孔あき管におけろ最大長に増加する分離器
を提供する。軽い構造に製造して、吸引されてへこまず
にある限度まで圧力差に抵抗できる濾過器カーにリッジ
が得られる。
分離器の圧力に対する抵抗力は、濾過器材が襞を維持で
きる能力に依存する。本発明のもう一つの正当な面では
、分離器は形の安定したプラスチック、好ましくはポリ
カーボネイトで作られている。分離器の形の安定した襞
によって、濾過器材は大きな圧力差にも抵抗できて、び
過器の耐用年数にわたって、濾過器材の全面が必らず濾
過に使えるようにする。
次に、図面を参照して本発明を更に説明する。
濾過器カートリッジ１は、この濾過器カートリッジ１の
全体を固だする２つの端剖、突Ｒ２と、孔あきシートよ
りなり上記２つの端部突縁２の間に同心円状に配置され
た管体状の支持装置３とを備えており、さらに襞状濾過
器材４が上記支持装置３の外側に巡らされている。上記
支持装置３は濤過器材４の襞の基部となっていて、分離
器５を横内に支持し、濾過器材４が吸引されてへこむの
を防ぐ。
濾過器に濾過器カートリッジを使う場合、粒体を含んだ
空気は濾過器カートリッジの外側から濾過器材４と支持
装置３とを通過し、端部突縁２の一方を通って出て行く
。濾過器材４の襞は、濾過器カートリッジの外側と内側
とでの圧力差によって一定の圧力を受け、この圧力と共
に、濾過器材４によって発生させられた流れ抵抗は濾過
器材４を支持装置３に支持するのに役立つ。上述の圧力
は、濾過器を暫らく使っていると、濾過器に捕捉された
粒体の量の増加と共に増加し、よって流れ抵抗が太き−
くなる。分離器５を使わガい場合には、濾過器材４は吸
引されてへこみ、そのために、襞の濾過器カートリッジ
の円周の回りの分布が変わるであろう。濾過器材４のわ
ずかの部分しか濃過作用を行なうのに残っていないとい
う限られた場合には、濾過器の能力が急速に落ち、濾過
器材の掃除か取り換えが必要であろう。
本発明による分離器５を使うと、濾過器の能力は、濾過
器材４の外側と内側とでの圧力差にかかわらず嬶過器の
耐用年数にわたって変わることが

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、濾過器カートリッジ用の分離器であって、襞状濾過
    器材（４）が、中央に配置された孔あきシート状の管体
    からなる支持装置（３）の回りに巡らされ、さらに分離
    器（５）が両者（３）　、　（４）の各横内に配置され
    るとともに、この分離器（５）は角錐形の襞が形成され
    た剛性の有機フィルムからなり、襞の幅は、誘過器材（
    ４）の襞の頂上におけるゼロから、濾過器材（４）の襞
    の基部となるように中央部分に配置された支持装置１Ｅ
    ｆ１３）における最大長まで増加することを特徴とする
    濾過器カートリッジ用の分離器。 ２、特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の分離器において、分

    プラスチックで作られていることを特徴とする特許請求
