In order to completely protect the shaft 301 from leakage of part of the flour or dough, the spinner 111 has a central hole consisting of two parts with different diameters, the lower central hole being connected to the protective sleeve 107 of the bowl 100. 11. The mechanical device according to claim 10, wherein the mechanical device is rotatably fitted, and the upper center hole is fitted into the shaft 301 in a bayonet manner. 12 The extrusion unit 2 has a substantially parallel tubular body 200 in which a screw 210 freely rotates, preferably with an opening on the side of the outer frame 4 cooperating with a corresponding transverse groove 207 provided in the pod 200. 12. The mechanical device according to claim 1, wherein the mechanical device can be inserted into the space 42 with the help of teeth provided in the space 42. 13 The upper outer surface of the podium 200 has a first recess 203 shaped to partially receive the bottom of the bowl 100 through the opening 43 of the upper space 41 when installed and an opening 204 corresponding to the bowl opening 104. The opening is a horizontal slit 20 formed in the flesh of the earthen wall of the body 200.

A mechanical device according to claim 12, characterized in that the device is adjustable by means of a slide member sliding within the device. 14 A lid with a material feed port 6 is removably assembled on the bowl 100 of the mixing unit 1, the mouth of the feed port is formed by a vertical wall 7 projecting from the lid 5, and the feed port is arranged in the direction of rotation of the mixing means. 2. A mechanical device according to claim 1, characterized in that it is provided with sharp teeth (9) communicating with the directed channel (8) and breaking the yolk of the eggs fed at the bottom edge of said channel.
