Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve productivity and magnetic characteristics by surrounding a magnetic substance by a cap made of an insulating synthetic resin coated with a conductor, such as gold, silver, copper or the like through electrodeposition or electroless plating and winding the magnetic substance by the conductor. CONSTITUTION:The ring-shaped magnetic substance 6 is wrapped by the caps 1, 2 made of the insulating synthetic resin, on which copper 3 is electrodeposited, and copper 3 is brought to a wound state. The coil is coated with copper through electrodeposition or electroless plating again, and conductor windings are thickened sufficiently. Copper wires 5 are soldered with the terminals 4 of the conductor windings in the caps, and the copper wires are coated with the insulating synthetic resin, thus obtaining the coil.
