Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture coaxial lead type and leadless type choke coils with the same facility by providing lead wires on conductive plate-shaped members, connecting the end portions of a winding to the lead wires, and coating and forming the whole thereof with a resin with the outer surfaces of the conductive plate-shaped members being exposed. CONSTITUTION:Flange portions 22 are formed on both end portions of a core 21 formed in the shape of a bobbin, inner lead wires 24 and outer lead wires 25 are formed on both sides of conductive plate-shaped members in the form of a disk, and the inner lead wires 24 are fixed to the flange portions of the core 21 with a conductive resin 26. The end portions 29 of a winding 28 wound around the outer periphery of a body portion 27 of the core 21 are wound around and soldered to the inner lead wires 24. Thereafter, the whole thereof is coated with a resin 30 with the outer surfaces 23a of the conductive plate- shaped members 23 and the outer lead wires 25 being exposed, thereby completing a coaxial lead type choke coil. Also, a leadless type choke coil is easily obtained by cutting off the outer lead wires 25.

ド線3に巻き付けて半田付けし、全体を樹脂8にて一体
に固めて形成される。また、前記樹脂8はローラー等に

することはできなかった。

が完成できる。また、導電性板状部材の片側にのみリー
ド線を設けたものを用いてリードレス型のチョークコイ
ルを得ることもでき、アキシャルリード型のチョークコ
イルとリードレス型のチョークコイルの製造工程の大部
分を共用することができ、共に一貫生産が可能となる。
