Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は半地下室を、プレキャストコンクリート版の
組立てにより、躯体を構築する工法に関するものである
。
従来の地下室構築法は、第６図のように、埋設部が深い
のが一般である。
そのだめ殆んどの地下室は現場施工となって゛いる。従
って工費、工期の増大は必須である。
この発明は、従来の地下室工法を簡略化してプレキャス
ト版の組立構築法としたものである。又居住性、利用度
を深めるため上部に採光、換気ができるようにしたもの
である。
建築法規上では、木造三階建は不許可である。
然し耐火構造の上にのせる場合は、軒高９Ｍ最高高１３
Ｍ以内ならば半地下共三階の床面積を保有することがで
きる。
盤より下がっていればよいから、第７図のように上部に
採光窓がとれるから居室にもなる。
古来より寒冷多言の北欧では殆んどの住宅が地下室、半
地下室の設備となっている。
その目的は生活空間の拡大、冬は暖かく、夏は涼しいと
いう特性があるからである。
立地条件の違う日本ではすべてが適合するとはならない
が、半地下室にすると防水関系はらくになるし、根切上
を散布して敷地の地盤線の上昇となり、敷地外搬出は省
けられる。
最近では土地価格の高騰から個人が取得できる宅地面積
が年々小さくなり、家屋の適正面積確保が益々困難にな
っている。殊に雪国でｔｉ車庫のとりありかいに難渋し
ている。
この発明は上述のような諸問題を解決するものである。
この発明の構成法は次のように施工する。
平滑水平に均した捨コンクリートの上に基礎層（２）を
リプを上にして敷設する。次に壁板（３）をリブを基礎
層に合せて建立する。
そ１−で壁板の接合板（６）と基礎層の接合板（６）を
貫通ポル）（７）Ｋて締結する。
次に基礎層のツナギ梁（９）の配筋とコンクリ一トの打
設をして、基礎層と養成にてＵ形に形成し、この　形上
に床版（１）を架設して、各々の接合板（６）を貫通ボ
ルト（７）にて締結し、床版（１）のツナギ梁（８）を
Ｖゆて、全体として箱形のコンクリートの壁式躯体を構
築するものである。
この発明の主なる効果を列記すると次の通り１１　半地
下室が低摩な価格で提供でをる。
２、工期を短縮 ３、三階の居住性があり、車庫もできる。
４、構造が剛強である。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 床版、基礎版は四方に、壁板は三方に主筋つきのリプ付
    きで、主筋の端部に接合板を溶着してなる鉄筋体とコン
    クリートにて構成したプレキャストの床版、−基礎版、
    壁板を、各々の接合板の版外の余長を介して箱形に組立
    て互に隣接板の接合板と共に、貫通ボルトにて締結し、
    鉄筋コンクリートのツナギ梁（８）（９）を打設してな
    る半地下室の構築法
