Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は燃焼ガスを熱源とする強制熱風循環式ガスオー
プンに関するものである。
従来この種の強制熱風循環式ガスオープンは、第４図に
示すようにガス燃焼室４からオープン庫２内に供給され
た熱風を、オーブン庫２の上部に設けられた開口部１１
から直接本体１外部へ排出するため、オープン庫２内の
上下の温度差が大きく、従って調理物に調理ムラが生じ
る。
またオープン庫内が設定温度に達しガス燃焼をオン、オ
フして温度調節する場合のオフ時においても、オン時と
ほぼ同量の熱気がオープン庫２内から排出されるため、
オープン庫２内を循環する熱風の温度が急激に低下し、
調理物の仕上゛りに悪影響を及ぼす。
更にガス燃焼がオフ時にも不必要な熱風を排出するため
、熱効率が悪いなどの欠点があった。
本発明は本体内に設けられた、オープン庫と、このオー
プン庫に隣接してガス燃焼室と送風室とを設け、前記送
風室内には循環用ファンを装着し、前記ガス燃焼室内の
熱気を前記送風室を経て前記オープン庫内に循環させる
構成とし、前記オーブン庫と前記ガス燃焼室の仕切板に
通”気孔を、−前記ガス燃焼室の土壁には前記本体外へ
通じる開口部を設け、前記オープン庫内を循環（た熱風
が前記ガス燃焼室を経て前記開口部から本体外へ排出さ
れる構成としたことにより、上記従来の欠点を解消する
ものである。
以下本発明の一実施例を第１図から第３図にも。
とづいて説明する。
第１図において１は強制熱風循環式ガスオープンの本体
で、この本体１内に設けられたオープン庫２の開口部に
扉３が開閉自在に設けられている。
４はガス燃焼室、６は送風室で、このガス燃焼室４、送
風室６はオープン庫２の後方に通気孔ｅを有する仕切板
７によって形成されている。このガス燃焼室４と送風室
６の境壁８には開口９が、またガス燃焼室４の土壁１０
には第２図に示す如く本体１外に通じる開口部１１が設
けられている。
１２は送風室６内に設けられた循環用ファンで、ガス燃
焼室４の下部に設けられたガスバーナ１３で加熱された
熱気を送風室６内に吸引しオーブン庫２内へ吹出すだめ
のものである。
このように構成された強制熱風循環式ガスオープンにお
いてガスバーナ１３で加熱された熱気は、循環用ファン
１２によっ七送風室６内に吸引してオープン庫２内へ吹
出し、再びガス燃焼室４内に戻る。ガス燃焼室４内に戻
った熱風の一部は、下方からの新たな熱気によって上方
へ押しやられ第３図の如くガス燃焼室４の土壁１ｏに設
けられた開口部１１から本体１外へ排出されるが、残り
の熱気は新たな熱気とともに送風室６内へ吹引される。
そしてオープン庫２内の温度が設定温度に達し、ガス燃
焼をオン、オンしてオープン庫２内の温度を調節する場
合ゐオフ時においては、オーブン庫２内を循環してガス
燃焼室４内に戻った熱気の大部分がガス燃焼室４の上方
へ押しやられることなく、再び送風室６内へ吸引されて
循環されることになる。
即ちオープン庫２内の温度調節時のガス燃焼がオンの〜
時は、燃焼に必要々吸排気が行われるが、オフの時は吸
排気が）１とんど行われずにオープン庫２内を熱風が循
環するので、オープン庫２内の上、下に温度差がなく良
好な加減調理を行うことができる。
以上の説明から明らかなように本発明の強制熱風循環式
ガスオープンは、ガス燃焼室の土壁に本体外へ通じる開
口部を設けたことにより、■・・・・・・排気による熱
損失が少く、熱効率を向上させることができる。
■・・・・・・ガス燃焼をオン、オフしてオープン庫内
の温度を調節する場合に、オープン庫内の温度変化を少
なくすることができる。
■・・・・・・オープン庫内の温度調節時、ガス燃焼が
オンの時よりもオフの時め方が熱気が排出されないので
オープン庫内の温度分布特性をよくすることができる。
■・・・・・・オープン庫内からの排気温度を従来より
も低くすることができるため、強制熱風循環式ガスオー
プ〜ンの設置条件がよくなり、設置可能な範囲を広げる
ことができる等の効果、を奏する。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 本体内に設けられたオーブン庫と、このオープン庫に隣
    接してガス燃焼室と送風室とを設け、前記送風室内には
    循環用ファンを装着し、前記ガス燃焼室内の熱気を前記
    送風室を経て前記オープン庫内に循環させる構成とし、
    前記オープン庫と前記ガス燃焼室の仕切板に通気孔を、
    前記ガス燃焼室の土壁には前記本体外へ通じる開口部を
    設け、前記オープン庫内を循環した熱風が前記ガス燃焼
    室を経て前記開口部から本体外へ排出される構成とした
    強制熱風循環式ガスオープン。
