    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁基板の表面に電極を設け、各電極にそれぞれリード
    線を接続し、上記両電極間を可溶合金で接続せる温度ヒ
    ユーズにおいて、上記可溶合金が重畳接合される電極部
    分に、絶縁基板の裏面に達する良熱伝導体、を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする温度ヒユーズ。
