Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は長期間にわたって各種の物品を密封し、中身の
物品の使用時に°至るまで浸されない新規な容器に関す
る。
本発明は特に長期間の保存が必要な物品を入れ、現在ま
で金属で製造されてきた容器の製造法にも関する。
従来技術により、胴部とハンダ付は又はクリンプ又は両
方の組合わせで固定することで胴部を覆う蓋からなり、
その−上部又は蓋に抵抗の弱い範囲を設け、容器又は蓋
を引きちぎって肉身の物品を取り出せるようにした容器
のいくつかの例が利用可能である。
米国特許第２，９４１，６６０号は、商品をつめた後に
永続的な封止が可能であり、消費者には容易に分離切断
ができて、容器と着脱可能な封止カバーを右する容器に
関する。この容器は熱４加塑性プラスチツクの材料で作
られるのが望ま・しい。
仏画特許第７８−３２４７２号は、やはりプラスチック
ス製のカバーを好ましくは振動、特に超音波振動により
封止するプラスチックス製容器に藺する。
破壊可能部が容器の上部近くに設けられるのが好ましい
。破壊可能部を破壊すると、リング状部を有し容器の残
りの部分と嵌合して着脱可能カバーができる。
米国特許第、　３，４６３，３４７号は通常のカンとと
もに通常使用される蓋について説明し−Ｃいる。この蓋
はフレアを付けたカン本体にクリンプしてフランジを形
成し、カン端部を封止する端部蓋部材からなっている。
この蓋は下面の７ランジに近接する部分に環状の溝を設
けてあり、この溝が切断手段を受ける。切断手段は直立
した・切断刃を有し、又蓋を貫いて突出する部分も有す
る。トーションバーが蓋の外側径方向に載架され、切断
手段の蓋を貫通する部分に固定される。
色囲特許第１，３３５，３５０号は頂部に渦状開口を有
し、容器を封止するカバーを切断するための環状の刃を
設けた容器を示している。
仏画特許第１，５１１，７２４号は、側壁の一部に弾力
性があり、瀉疫差を補償するためベロ一部が設けである
プラスチックス製容器に関する。
本発明は、滅菌、真空化を大変低いコストで行なえ、道
具を使用せずに容易に開けることが−でき、使用者には
けがの危険がなく、さらに再使用可能という利点を有す
る新規の容器を提供する。
また、本発明は溶着域が大き過ぎずもしくは薄りざムい
ようにし、さらに容器が極め〜で容易にあけられるよう
にする改良に関する。
本発明による容器は各種の製品、特に食品を入れるため
のもので、フランジを設けである本体と、フランジ上に
あって７ランジ幅より４狭い幅で該７ランジに溶着され
た蓋とからなり、７ランジは溶着域を含む部分を破壊す
る手段を協えていることを特徴とする。
以下図面とともに説明する。第１図は本発明による容器
の一実施例を概略的に示している。この容器は好ましく
は波形での底２を有し側壁３がこれより上方に立上って
いる本体１からなり、壁３にはその上端３ａから離間し
て外方に周縁７ランジ４を受けである。上端３ａからフ
ランジ４上まで延在するセグメント５は、これも好まし
くは頂部が波形である蓋７の下向き端部６を案内する。
蓋の下向き端部６は、その底部において、本体の７ラン
ジ４と対応するフランジ８となっている。
本体１及び蓋７の両方を製造する材料は、溶着可能なも
のであり、さらに滅菌温度つまり少なくとも１０５℃、
好ましくは約１３０℃の温度に耐える材料から選ばれる
のが望ましい。
複数の材料、典型的にはプラスチックス材料が上記の条
件を満たすが、これらの材料のうち所謂滅菌可能ポリプ
ロピレンが、成型による製造工程が単純であることと、
食品容器に適する材質を有することから、特に有利であ
る。
第２図に示す如く、フランジ４及び８は周囲の全体又は
部分にわたって溝９，９ａを有し、これらの溝が破壊の
始点となる。
フランジにはまた、破壊始点１１近くから突出する舌片
１０が必ず設けてあり、溝９．９ａの底に沿つ−で７ラ
ンジ４．８を引きちぎることができる。
上述の容器に物が詰められると、フランジ４及び８は該
フランジの全周にわたる溶着域１２に沿って接合される
が、溶着域１２は溝９，９ａの底を通る線に達しないよ
うにする。溶着域があるために、本体への蓋の固定は密
封になる。溶着は、容器が上述の如くプラスチックス材
よりなる場合はソノトロードを用いた超音波振動による
のが有利である。
金属製容器の場合は、溶着は公知のどのような手段によ
ってもよく、場合によっては適当なニカワが使用される
。
容器の底２及び蓋７が少なくとも部分的に波形であるな
ら、容器に物が詰められ真空下で密封される際変形づる
ことができる。容器を開けた場合、つまり上記の如くフ
ランジ４．８を引きちぎった後にも、蓋６を突出セグメ
ント５と係合せしめて再び置くことができるので容器は
以後も使用可能である。よって、容器中の食品は、食品
の性質に応じ開放大気又は冷却状態の雰囲気から保護、
保存される。
第４図は、積み重ねられるようにした上述の容器を示す
図である。この場合、本体１の立上り側壁３には、少な
くとも１個の下方に突出する支持リム１４を設けてあり
、これに対応して蓋７には環状の溝１５を形成しである
。
第５図及び第６図は、蓋７が立上り側壁３の上端から形
成されている別の実施例を示している。
この場合、蓋７の周縁には立上り端部１６が設けである
。フランジ８は、容器本体に嵌入する立上り端部１６か
ら突出して、上記と同様に形成されている。７ランジ８
の立上り端部１６に近接する部分には周縁凹部１７が設
けてあり、鋼鉄等で出来たワイヤ１８が置かれ把。ワイ
ヤは１９で示される一端で、フランジ８又は蓋７の底に
固定される。ワイヤ１８の先端はフランジ４及び８の接
触部分を通過しており、つまみ手段２０が設けられてい
る。好ましくは前述の如く超音波−動により７ランジ４
と８を接合すると、溶着１１２１が出来る。この方法で
フランジ４と８を溶着すると、ワイヤ１８の部分を溶＠
域内に埋め込めるので、フランジ間の結合は完全に気密
となる。容器を開けるにはつまみ手段を強く引くだけで
よい。ワイヤ１８により確実に溶着域２１が剪断される
。
上述の実施例では、蓋７が凹んだ形状になっているため
、（第４図の如く）底２０近くに周回する肩１３を設け
ることによっても、側壁３にテーパをつけても、つまり
容器の断面が円形か多角形かに従い、容器の形を切頭円
錐か切頭角錐にしても、容器を容易に積み重ねることが
できる。
第７〜９図は容器を開ける手段を変えた実施例を示して
おり、第１〜４図又は第６図の説明と同じことがいえる
。
この実施例では、溶着域２１はフランジ４及び８の突出
部分４ａ及び８ａの間に設けられており、これらのフラ
ンジの溶着域２１の周囲には支持環２３及び２４が設け
である。２３及び２４は、その間にたとえば互いに１２
０°ずつずれた３個の切断部２６を設けた断面が長方形
の留め金で製造した如き分離リングを保持するのに使用
される。
爪２７は切断部２６と反対側に設けてあり、７ランジ４
及び８の外方に突出する。容器を開けるには、指を３個
の爪にあてがって分離リング２５を引き、その切断部２
６が溶＠域２１を切るようにしさえすればよい。分離リ
ングは、その後１２０°回転せられて、切断部２６は溶
着域２１を完全に切断する。
上述の実施例で、第５図、第６図につき述べたこと、第
７〜９図につぎ述べたことより分るように、前述の第１
〜４図の実施例と同様に、容器は最初にあけた後でも続
けて使用できる。
第１０図から第１３図で、容器の本体１は、周縁フラン
ジ４を設けた立上り壁３からなる。容器には、本体のフ
ランジ４と対応してフランジ８を設けた蓋が設けられて
いる。
フランジ４は上面に周回する溝２８を有し、満２８の両
側は２個のセグメント２９．３０になっている。満２８
に隣接するセグメント２９．３０の端部は鋭角である。
７ランジ８は、上記の端部に対向して、周回する破壊の
始点３１．３２を有する。このようにして、環状セグメ
ント３３は周回する満２８の上に延在している。セグメ
ント３３には少なくとも１個のボタン３４が設けられて
いる。
容器に物が詰められ、蓋７が置かれ、その後振動等によ
り蓋は溶着される。溶着はフランジ周囲で、破壊の始点
３１を延えて延在する蓋のフランジ８の部分がセグメン
ト３０に溶着するように行われる。周回する１２８によ
り溶着が内側に進むのは妨げられ、一様な幅の溶着リン
グが形成される。
蓋を開けるためには、ボタン３４を押圧しさえすればよ
い。すると破壊の始点３１．３２でフランジは破れる。
ボタン３４を引張ると環状セグメント３３は引きちぎら
れて、蓋７は容易にはずせ、容器の内容を使い切らなか
った場合は、再び蓋をづることができる。
第１２図及び第１３図は、ボタン３４ａがそれ自体環状
セグメント３３の一部であるラグ３６の端部に設けられ
ている実施例を示す。この実施例では、容器を開ける際
は、上述のようにまずボタン３４ａを任して環状セグメ
ント３３を破壊し、その後引張って該セグメント３３を
引きちぎる。ラグ３６は可撓性ラグであるからセグメン
ト３３を引きちぎるのは容易である。
周回する溝２８は、この場合、蓋の７ランジに設けられ
、破壊リング又は環状セグメント３３は容器の７ランジ
に設けられる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、７ランジ（４）とフランジに保持され溶着域（２１
    ）において該フランジに溶ｉされた蓋（１２）とよりな
    り、該溶着域は７ランジの幅より小さい幅にわたってお
    り、フランジと蓋の双方の全周に亘って延在しており少
    なくとも溶着域・を破壊する手段（９，９８，１８，２
    ７゜３４）をフランジ（４）に設けてなることを特徴と
    する密封容器。 ２、　容器は立上り側縁（３）を有し、蓋（７）はフラ
    ンジ（８）を形成し、該容器の立上り側縁（３）を覆う
    手段をなす形状をしており、溶着域（２１）は両フラン
    ジ（４，８）とその長手の一耶のみ間に設けられている
    特許請求の範囲第１項記載の密封容器。 ３、　フランジは溶着域の上の側に破壊溝（９゜９ａ）
    を設けられている特許請求の範囲第２項記載の密封容器
    。 ４、　両７ランジはその間に切欠（１７）を形成し、そ
    の周囲にはフランジを接続する溶着域（２１）が形成さ
    れており、該切欠は一端が両７ランジの少なくとも一方
    に固定されており他端が溶着域を通り抜けてフランジの
    外方に突出しているワイヤ（１８）を収納して４いる特
    許請求の範囲第２項記載の密封容器。 ５、　両７ランジはその間に溶着域（２１）の外方に切
    欠（２２）を形成し、該切゛欠は溶着域を切断する切断
    手段（２６）を設けた分離リング（２５）を収納してい
    る特許請求の範囲第２項記載の密封容器。 ６、、　　分離リング（２５）は支持環（２３，２４）
    ―に保持された留め金であり、その内部に１２０°ずつ
    ずれた３つの切断部（２６）を有し、それに対向して爪
    （２７）が設けられており、該爪は７ランジの外方に突
    出している特許請求の範囲第５項記載の密封容器。 ７、　蓋は容器内で覆うように作られており、フランジ
    はその覆い部を越えて形成されている特許請求の範囲第
    ２項記載の密封容器。 ８、　Ｍは容器の外で覆うように作られており、７ラン
    ジはその覆い部を越えて形成されている特許請求の範囲
    第２項記載の密封容器。 ９、　容器と蓋は１０５℃以上望ましくは１３０℃程度
    の耐熱性を有するプラスチックス材で作られている特許
    請求の範囲第１項記載の密封容器。 １０、　　プラスチックス材はポリプロピレンである特
    許請求の範囲第９項記載の密゛封容器。 １１、　　溶着域は超音波振動により作られている特許
    請求の範囲第１項記載の密封容器。 １２、　　容器は変形可能部分を有する特許請求の範囲
    第１項記載の密封容器。 １３、Ｍは変形可能部分を有する特許請求の範囲第１項
    記載の密封容器。 １４、　　溶着域（３５）は容器又は蓋の両７ランジ（
    ４，８＞の一方に設けられた溝（２８）の外周に沿って
    形成されている特許請求の範囲第１項記載の密封容器。 １５、　　周囲の溝〈２８）は鋭い縁部を有する特許請
    求の範囲第１４項記載の密封容器。 １６、　　周囲溝（２８）を有する７ランジと相補的な
    ７ランジは周縁破壊始点（３１，３２，）を有する特許
