    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 表面に電極を有した発光ダイオード素子において、その
    電極はワイヤボンド部を形成する大面積のオーミック電
    極と、表面に散在させた複数の小面積のオーミック電極
    と、その小面積のオーミック電極を含む発光ダイオード
    素子の表面を覆う透明電極とからなる事を特徴とする発
    光ダイオード素子。
