    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱伝導性に優れたセラミック基板上の片面に電極と感熱
    膜を蒸着または印刷により形成し、その電極面にリード
    線を接続してなる感熱素子を、樹脂モールドを行った構
    成で、上記セラミック基板の側面がテーパ等の抜は防止
    部を有するとともにモールドの片面にそのセラミック基
    板の他の片面が露出した構成の樹脂モールド型温度セン
    サ。
