Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、ヒートポンプ式給湯機の制御装置に関するも
のである。
一般に、ヒートポンプ式給湯機は第１図に糸す２　ペー
ジ゛ ように圧縮機９．蒸発器、減圧装置および給湯用熱交換
器を具備した冷凍サイクル１と、貯湯タンク２および循
環ポンプ３と、前記貯湯タンク２内の温水を加熱する電
気ヒータ４を具備し、午後１１時から翌朝７時まその８
時間や深夜電力を利用して給湯するものである。
また、従来のヒートポンプ式給湯機の制御装置は第２図
に示す如く構成され、図中７は循環ポンプ３の電源、８
は冷凍サイクル１および電気ヒータ４の深夜電力電源、
９は圧縮機、１ｏはファンモータを示している。
そして午後１１時に電源８が入シ、これによって電磁開
閉器１１が投入されて接点１２・１３が閉じる。その結
果、第６図の破線ｘ−ｙで示すように、ポンプ３と冷凍
サイクル１が作動し貯湯タンク２内の水を温度Ｔ、まで
加熱する。この時、循環ポンプ３の入口水温はＴ２とな
る。
一方、循環ポンプ３０入口に入ロ水温検出用す−モＸタ
ット６が設置されておシ１、循環ポンプ３の入口温水温
度が熱交換不可能温度′ｒ２に達する鴇３図 第４図 ９ 第５図 ６図の実線すのように水温がＴ１に達しても即に電気ヒ
ータ４に切り換えずにその、まま温度Ｔ１　のまま放置
し、沸き上げ設定時刻１ｆ（午前６時）に設定温度Ｔｆ
　　に沸き上がるように電気ヒータ４に切り換わるので
、従来のように早く沸き上がってしまい設定温度Ｔｆで
放置するよシも給湯機運転中の外気等への熱漏洩が減少
する。
上記実施例よシ明らかなように、本発明におけるヒート
ポンプ式給湯機の制御装置は、沸き上げ時間設定部と沸
き上げ温度設定部を設けることにより沸き上げ時間およ
び沸き上げ温度を設定することができ、また、沸き上げ
時間設定部と、沸き上げ温度設定部に時限機構を連動さ
せて設定時間と設定温度に合わせて電気ヒータへの通電
制限時刻までの残時間を時限機構に自動的に設定するこ
とによシ、冷凍サイクルの加熱能力が小さい場合の沸き
上げ不足を補償し、また加熱能力が大きい場合の給湯機
運転中の熱漏洩も減少させることができる効果を有する
。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 圧縮機、蒸発器、減圧装置及び給湯用熱交換器を具備し
    た冷凍サイクルと、貯湯タンクおよび循環ポンプと、前
    記貯湯タンク内の温水を加熱する電気ヒーンを具備した
    ヒートポンプ式給湯機の制御装置において、この制御装
    置を沸き上げ温度の設定部および沸き上げ時刻の設定部
    と、前記貯湯タンク内の温水温度を検出して冷凍サイク
    ルの運転を停止させる温度検出装置と、前記電気ヒータ
    への通電制御時刻までの残時間を設定する時限機構と、
    この時限機構により前記電気ヒータへ通電する通電側ｉ
    器とによシ構成したヒートポンプ式給湯機の制御装置。
