薬品等の包装には帯電防止処理をしたフィルム或いはこ
のフィルムで製作した袋が使用されている。そしてその
フィルムとしては帯電防止剤としてカーボンブラックを
用いこれを混練したプラスチック樹脂によって製造され
るものが多く使用されている。然るにカーボンブラック
は帯電防止剤としてれきわめて高い帯電防止性能を有し
ているが、反面プラスチック樹脂に付着してこれを侵蝕
するカビ類の好餌となるものである。このためカビ類に
よる腐蝕によって使用可能期間が短縮されて、長期保存
