Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は曜表示を持つ時計の曜修正機構に関するもので
ある。
従来の曜修正機構は一般に第１図、第２図、第３図に示
すように巻真１を回し、ツヅミ車２を回転させる。
該ツヅミ車２に設けられた曜修正カム２ａは、曜修正レ
バー３に設けられた曜修正レバー瓜３ａと係合し、該曜
修正レバー３は鍔付きのガイドピン８をガイドとして口
車押え６の上で揺動する。
また該曜修正レバー３には曜星車送り瓜３ｂが設けられ
ており曜修正を行なう。
この構造で曜修正レバーバネ３ｃは、該日車押え６に設
けられた支点ピン９を支点として、バネ性を持って該曜
修正レバー瓜３ａが該曜修正カム２ａと係合するために
設けられたが、該曜修正レバー３と一体に形成されてい
るため、形状が複雑であり、かつバネ部の支点として、
該支点ピン９を該口車押え６に必要とした。
本考案は上記の欠点を除去するため、曜修正レバーから
バネ部を除去し、部品形状の簡素化と部品点数の削減を
目的としたものである。
以下本考案を第４図で詳細に説明する。
１は巻真、２は巻真１の角部に嵌合し、軸方向に摺合可
能なツヅミ車で、曜修正カム２ａを有する。
３は曜修正レバーであり、曜修正レバー瓜３ａで該曜修
正カム２ａと係合し、口車押え６に設けられた２本のガ
イドピン８をガイドとして揺動する。
また該曜修正レバー３が浮き上がるのを防止するため、
該ガイドピン８には鍔が設けられている。
４ａは曜車４の下面に設けられた曜星車であり、７の倍
数の歯数を持ち、該曜修正レバー３に設けられた曜星車
送り瓜３ｂと係合する。
５は口車で内周に口車風５ａを有する。
６′は口車押えで、日躍制レバー６ａ、曜躍制レバー６
ｂ、及び曜修正レバーバネ３ｃを有し、該曜修正レバー
バネ３ｃは該曜修正レバー３に設けられた曜修正レバー
バネ係合爪３ｄと係合する。
また該口車押え６は、口車押えネジ７にて地板１０に螺
合されている。
１１は日送り瓜である。次に作動について説明すれば、
巻真１を回すとツヅミ車２がいっしょに回転する。
するとツヅミ車２に設けられた曜修正レバー瓜３ａと係
合し、口車押え６上に設けられたガイドピン８をガイド
として、曜修正レバー３を揺動させる。
このとき曜修正レバー３に設けられた曜星車送り瓜３ｂ
と曜星車４とが係合し、曜星車４ａを回転させ、これと
一体になった曜車４を回す。
一方日車押え６に設けられた曜修正レバーバネ３ｃは、
曜修正レバー３は設けられた曜修正レバーバネ係合爪３
ｄと係合し、そのバネ性により、曜修正レバー３に設け
られた曜修正レバー瓜３ａとツヅミ車２に設けられた曜
修正カム２ａとが常に係合の状態にあるように前記曜修
正レバーバネ係合爪３ｄを押圧している。
以上のごとく本考案によれば、曜修正レバーバネを曜修
正レバーに設けるのではなく、口車押えに設けることに
より、部品形状が簡素になり歩留りが向上し、部品の材
料取りにも効果があり、かつ曜修正レバーバネの支点と
しての支点ピンを除去できる等、部品点数削減の効果を
有する。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 巻真の作動と連動する部材と、押え部材に設けられたピ
    ンをガイドに平面的に往復摺動する部材と、前記部材に
    設けられた瓜との係合により回転せられる表示部材とか
    らなり、前記押え部材には、前記往復摺動する部材を押
    圧し、前記往復摺動部材の一方向への作動をうながす為
    のバネを一体的に設けたことを特徴とする曜表示付時計
    の曜修正機構。
