Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吸入ポートと排出ポートの連通オリフィスの一部に弁体
    室を形成し、該オリフィス端に構成した弁座に対向して
    弁体を弁体保持部材端部の弁体収容凹部に対し、わずか
    に摺動自在になるごとく担持するとともに、上記弁体保
    持部材を弁体が弁座に当接する方向に所定圧により弾性
    付勢した電磁機構の可動端に固設し、かつ弁体保持部材
    と上記弁体室を有効径が弁体と弁座の締切面積より小さ
    いダイヤフラムにより密封してなることを特徴とする薬
    液用電磁弁。
