Claims (1)
- ソレノイドと、該ソレノイド内に配設されたコ
アと、該コアと対向し、前記ソレノイド内に摺動
可能に配設され、全面に非磁性でかつ耐摩耗性に
優れた薄膜がコーテイングされたプランジヤと、
前記ソレノイドと対向し流路を形成するベースと
、該ベース内に配設され前記プランジヤの摺動に
対応して前記流路を開閉する弁体と、前記ソレノ
イドの外側に配設され磁路を形成する磁気枠と、
前記ソレノイドと前記プランジヤに挾持され、更
に前記ソレノイドと前記ベースに挾持され、前記
磁気枠と当接するように配設したフランジ状のヨ
ークとを有するソレノイドバルブ。
