Description
第１図は従来の連続押出加硫装置の説明図、第２図は、
従来のシール部分の挙動の説明図、第３図は本考案の連
続押圧加硫装置のシール構造を示す説明図で、１は押出
機のクロスヘッド、２は加圧加硫部、４は冷却部、Ａは
ゴム又はプラスチック長尺体、Ｃは加硫管、Ｐｌ、Ｐ２
．Ｐ３はシール部、１０はシール部の隔壁、１１は複数
の繊維又は微細テープ片である。
従来のシール部分の挙動の説明図、第３図は本考案の連
続押圧加硫装置のシール構造を示す説明図で、１は押出
機のクロスヘッド、２は加圧加硫部、４は冷却部、Ａは
ゴム又はプラスチック長尺体、Ｃは加硫管、Ｐｌ、Ｐ２
．Ｐ３はシール部、１０はシール部の隔壁、１１は複数
の繊維又は微細テープ片である。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 未加硫のゴム又はプラスチック長尺体を連続して押
し出し、該長尺体を加硫管内の加圧加硫部、冷却部に、
該長尺体が挿通し得る孔を有するシール部を介して移送
し加硫する連続押出加硫装置において、上記シール部を
長尺体が挿通し得る孔を有する隔壁と、該隔壁の孔の内
面に併設される複数の繊維又は微細テープ片とにより構
成したことを特徴とする連続押出加硫装置のシール構造
。 ２ 前記複数の繊維又は微細テープ片は、ゴム、プラス
チック材に対し、滑りのよい高分子材料からなることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の連続押
出加硫装置のシール構造。
