Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 合成樹脂溶融物を押出機によりグイゲート部へ押出し、
    該溶融物をグイゲート部内の濾過スクリーンを有するプ
    レーカーリングを通してダイス等によりシート状あるい
    はフィルム状にして取出す成形機において、グイゲート
    部に、プレーカーリングの長さと同一長さを有し、かつ
    プレーカーリングを嵌挿する貫通孔を、押出機の押出方
    向に対して中心線が直角になるよう設け、この貫通孔に
    プレーカーリングを嵌挿配置せしめ、プレーカーリング
    の中心部に、ブレー　カー−リングの両端を閉塞するキ
    ャンキルシャフトを収設し、プレーカーリングとキャン
    セルシャフトの両端面と、グイゲート部の貫通孔の両端
    面にそれぞれ跨がる軟質パツキンを介して抑え材を対接
    させて固定せしめると共に、押出機より押出された合成
    樹脂溶融物をプレーカーリングとキャンセルシャフトと
    の間に導入し、プレーカーリングを通してダイス等に至
    る流路を形成せしめてなる成形機のグイゲート部構造。
