Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve adhesive strength by sticking the outside of a cylindrical foam and the inside of a vertical trough together sufficiently, by a method wherein an adhesive agent is applied partly to the outside of the cylindrical foam having elasticity, a stretching tube is inserted within the foam beforehand and after the insertion of the cylindrical foam within the vertical trough, a fluid is pressed into the tube and expanded. CONSTITUTION:A vertical trough 1 is formed of hard vinyl chloride resin, aluminum, copper and iron into a form such as a cylindrical form or a square cylindrical form. A cylindrical foam 2 possesses elasticity and molded into a form corresponding to that of the vertical trough 1 through extrusion foam molding by using rubber beside synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene or polyurethane as materials. A dotted partial coating is preferable as a coating method of an adhesive agent 3. A stretching tube 4 is expandable when a fluid such as air or water is pressed into the same and the same is formed of a material such as the rubber into the form such as the cylindrical form or the square cylindrical form. When the stretching tube 4 is expanded by pressing in the fluid within the same, the same is expanded along with the cylindrical foam 2, presses the vertical trough 1 extending over the whole circumference of the inside of the vertical trough 1, the outside of the cylindrical foam adheres closely to the inside of the vertical trough and adhesion and fixation become reliable.
