Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a wire gnawing phenomenon, and to rewind a wire exactly and easily, by circularly arraying plural reel elements formed by bending one metallic wire rod, and forming a reel by coupling them to each other. CONSTITUTION:A reel element 5 is constituted of a wire supporting part 5a, the first side part 5b extending in parallel to the inside from both ends of the wire supporting part 5a, an inside rim part 5c extending in parallel in the circumferential direction of a shaft for holding a reel, from this part 5b, the second side part 5d extending in parallel to the outside from this part 5c, and an outside rim part 5e extending in parallel in the direction on a production of the first side part 5b from this part 5d. These plural constituting elements 5 are arrayed circularly and are continued, by which a reel is completed.

Twiers are generally provided as bare coils or as coils wound on a -V or spool V. Among these, in the former bare coil, the coil V layer is disturbed during transportation,
Since it is inconvenient to install it on a welding machine, we recommend using the latter glue.
V- or spool-wound carp are often used, and most small-diameter carp in particular are provided as reel or spool-wound carp. On the other hand, these sprues V have traditionally been made of plastic from the viewpoint of moldability and cost, but these sprues V are usually not collected and are disposed of as waste tin. However, when it comes to disposal, for example, the incineration method generates harmful gases, and the site method requires securing a special site, so it is necessary to reconsider the previous disposal policy for spools. As the prices of plastic raw materials have soared, LK has come to require products that can be provided at lower prices. In order to meet these demands, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publications No. 52-1!76 and No. 56-66889 have proposed a reel for storage in which the spool winding frame itself is made of metal wire. However, the proposed reel has the following drawbacks, and various problems occur when the wire is rewound and used. That is, the winding frame itself of these glue-A/1 is composed of a metal wire 8 as shown in FIG. 1, but the metal wire 8 is a unit body as shown in FIG. It is made up of a plurality of constituent elements (hereinafter simply referred to as "reel elements") 4 connected together. The reel element 4 also includes a twist support portion 4m for supporting the wire, a first side portion 4b extending parallel to the outside from both ends of the wire support portion, and the 1111th side portion -A/1. An outer rim portion 4C sharpens parallel to the circumferential direction of the shaft held in the shaft, a second provision portion 4d extends inwardly in parallel from the outer rim portion, and both ends of the g*th portion are It is formed by a shaft stop portion 4 connected parallel to the reel axis.

Therefore, the continuous portion of the wire support portion 4a and the i*th direction portion becomes a corner portion A having a curved surface R1-. Therefore, when the wire is wound around the corner A, the following phenomenon of jamming occurs. This phenomenon is particularly noticeable when the wire diameter is small.

That is, FIG. 8 to FIG. 5 are explanatory views of the state 1 in which the wire is wound around the wire support member 4m in sequence, and in FIG. 8, the wire is wound on the wire support member 4a from the direction of the arrow. The wires are wound in a well-aligned Fi order up to the starting point of the curved surface R at the corner A. Then, the q ear AL, which is wound in the P and a grooves and is wound next to the optical wire lp, is initially located above the curved wire 11iR, but due to the action of the winding tension of the wire (so-called Pack Ten V winding), it is bent. 11
1 and move downward along the wire ridge p as shown in Fig. 4.
In the case of wire supporting member 4, the wire supporting member 4 has no choice but to protrude outward. In some cases, the gloss may be noticeable. In any case, under such conditions, Tsuiya A1 was followed by Wire Hatake! ! When wound, the first ear 11B will be in the position shown in Figure 4, so it will be disturbed at the bottom of the wire. If you continue to wind and stack the Tsuiya in this state, the stacking state of the Tsuiya O will be reversed at the corner A as shown in Figure 6, and there will be excessive tension when unwinding the Tsuiya. This may require force or cause bends in the wire, making it difficult to feed the wire, and in the worst case scenario, the wire may become entangled and stop feeding.

The present invention has been made in view of these circumstances, and its purpose is to prevent the occurrence of the above-mentioned twist phenomenon and maintain the wire lamination on the twist support portion in a good manner. ], the unwinding of the wire T-11 and can be easily carried out is intended to provide a single Vt-.

However, the reel of the present invention that has achieved these objectives is a reel element formed by bending a single metal wire (a y-y formed by arranging a plurality of reel elements in a circular shape and connecting them to each other, The reel element includes a twirling support part for supporting the twirling, a first II part that sharpens inwardly in parallel from both ends of the twirling support part, and a 9- to 1111th part.
an inner rim portion extending parallel to the circumferential direction of the shaft holding the Jl;
The gist lies in that the outer rim portion is configured to include a rim portion, and an outer rim portion extending in parallel from the second portion to the extension line of the ill portion.

The configuration and effects of the present invention will be explained below based on the drawings, but the drawings merely show one representative example, and the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example. Some design changes such as Yariy element shape etc. I! Both works belong to the technical scope of the present invention. FIG. 6 shows the reel (ie, the eighth hook portion) bl of the reel of the present invention [If it is attached and configured, the welding point that connects each Y-A/element will be the eighth hook portion 6f. Since the side portion of the completed reel has a shape in which approximately two wire rods are bundled, the wire holding strength is increased and the amount of deformation due to impact when dropped is extremely small.

Furthermore, if a stepped portion sg is formed in the continuous portion of the outer rim portion 6e and the second IIIll portion 6- as shown in FIG. 9, even if there are variations in the length of each outer rim portion 6-, these variations is absorbed by the stepped portion 6g, so the permissible accuracy of the reel element 6 is somewhat relaxed. That is, when each reel element 6 is arranged in a circular shape and welded together, the 9 adjacent to each second side portion 541
- The 1111th side portion 5b of the JIL/element is forced into contact with the 1111th side portion 5b, but in this case, as described above, a step 116g is formed at the continuous portion of each outer rim portion 5- and each second side portion 6d. If so, even if the lengths of the outer rim portions 5 are uneven, the outer rims 6 overlap each other at the stepped portion 5M.
There is no need to forcibly reinforce and deform these wires. Therefore, it is possible to complete the rievt with only a simple welding operation, and there is no unnecessary strain or local internal stress in the yw, and there is no need for wire winding or storage. There is no possibility that Lee-W will sometimes deform.

In addition, as a welding method for joining each of the steel elements, any of the currently used welding methods can be applied, but it is particularly preferable to use the spot welding method. After assembling and arranging each y-/L' element, you only need to use crimp terminals for welding.
A plurality of welding parts can be welded simultaneously, there is little thermal distortion of the reel, and it is efficient.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 10, after bonding an appropriate number of each jj-7v elements to form one glue-A/6, from the viewpoint of rust prevention and appearance, the glue-A/6 However, when using this reel to feed wire, an insulating hollow cylindrical body must be fitted in advance to the reel shaft of the wire feeding device, as in the past. It is necessary to do so.

Therefore, as mentioned above, by coating the entire TV6 with a resin such as polyethylene or by applying paint or T&T, it is possible to provide insulation to the A/61 body. There is no need for a cylindrical body 9, it can be directly attached to the reel shaft of the wire feeder, and compatibility with other plastic reels is also improved. In the case of a coating made of polyethylene resin, for example, if the thickness of the primary insulating coating is 0.1 .mu.m or more, the insulation properties can be maintained sufficiently well.
