    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＩＣパッケージ本体の一側面に、該側面から前記パッケ
    ージ本体の表面とほぼ同一平面をなす方向に外方へ突出
    する突出部を形成し、該突出部の少なくとも一面から前
    記パッケージ本体の表面にかけて前記パッケージ本体内
    に収容されたＩＣチップの対応する端子とそれぞれ電気
    的に接続された複数の独立した端子電極を被着してなる
    ＩＣパッケージ。
