Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、ゴム袋、特に、油圧タンク内薔こ使用される
応動セルのような気密性の良好なゴム袋の製造方法(こ
関する。
油圧タンク用応動セルは例えば第1図のように使用する
。即ち、第1図において100は応動セル、200はタ
ンクであり、タンクの下端に連結した油圧機器30”0
において牟じた圧力変動を大気圧或は適当な内圧で保持
された応動セル100で吸収するものである。応動セル
は上、下2枚の補強布入りゴムシートの周縁部を貼り合
せ、ゴムシートのいづれか一方の略中央部1こ口金具1
10を取付けた形状のものが・一般的に用いられるが上
記のような圧力変動に対応して長期間使用するには、ゴ
ムシートの接合部を強固番こする必要がある。従来、い
くつかの構造、製造方法が提案されているが、この点が
必らずしも充分でなく、製造方法も面倒であった。
第2図は第1図の従来方法を示す図面であり第1図の応
動セルの貼合せ部Aの拡大断面図である。第2図におい
て、1′及び2′は補強布11′及び21′の両面に加
硫済のゴム層を有する上下2枚のゴムシート、3′は前
記ゴムシート1′、2′の周縁部間に挾装した内周側の
接合用ゴム部材であり、補強部31′の片面に加硫済の
ゴム層を有する帯状体であり、補強布51′側が内側と
なるよう断面V字形に折り曲げられている。
4′ は断面コの字状の外周側の接合用ゴム部材であり
、補強布41′の片面に加誠済のゴム層を有する帯状体
で、補強布41′側を外側にして上下2枚のシー)+’
、2’の周縁部を包むように設けている。5′は接着剤
であり、ゴムシート1’、2’の間、ゴムシートj’、
2’と内周側の接合用ゴム部拐3′及び外周側の接合用
ゴム部材4′の間に塗布される。手作業で貼り合されて
後接合部は、ローラー、ヘラ等で加圧されて強固に接着
される。この方法の問題点は、ゴム袋材料として加硫済
ゴムを使用していることであり、従って、ゴム袋材料間
の接合は接着剤を介してのものであり、本来約1こ接合
部の強度に不安を残すものであった。
第6図は、これをや\改良した第2の従来方法を示すも
ので、第2図同様部の断面図である。
形状は第2図とはソ同様であるので相違点のみを説明す
る。大きな相違点は、接着剤を用いない接合方法である
ということであり、このため上下のゴムシート1″、2
″  はそれぞれ補強布11“ 、21″ の両側に半
加硫のゴム層(加硫(3) 度を低目1こして半加硫の状態にしたもの)を有してお
り、内周側及び外周側の接合用ゴム部材31.4′はそ
れぞれ補強布31’、41’  の片面番こ未加硫ゴム
層を有し、かつゴムシート1“、2” の周縁部間番こ
は新らた薔こ未加硫ゴムシート5” を挾装している。
第6図のように保持したゴム袋材料はプレス熱板(図示
せf)間で加熱加圧される。この場合、内周側の接合用
ゴム部材31  の近傍のゴムシート部分j +” 、
2 +’が接合しないように、適当な幅の離型フィルム
6′がゴムシートi’、2’  の間に挾装されている
となるとしているが、ゴムシート1’  、  2’ 
 は半加硫の状態のものを使用しているため、ゴム層の
同一化は必らずしも充分でなく、従って、内周側の接合
用ゴム部拐3“ 及び未加硫ゴムシート5″  だけで
は接合強度が足りず、外周側の接合用ゴム部材4 を設
けている。また加硫時に充分加圧しないとゴム層内薔こ
気泡が発生する(4) 洪れがあるが、上記第2の従来方法においては熱板で押
圧されるのはゴム部材3″、41を設けた接合部分だけ
であるためこの部分のゴム層内での気泡の発生は防止し
得るものの、この接合部分以外のゴムシートt@、21
のゴム層には気泡が発生する洪れがある。このため、第
2の従来方法ではゴムシー1−1’、2“ のゴム層は
気泡が発生し番こくい半加硫状態のものを使用している
が、それでも気泡の発生を充分防止することはできない
。従って、要求特性の厳しい製品は製造しがたいという
問題があった。また適当な半加硫状態のゴムシートを安
定して製造することは製造条件の維持等面倒な面が多い
本発明は上記に鑑み案出した接合部の強度も充分なゴム
袋を比較的容易に製造し得る方法を提案するものであり
、略同−の外形を有する2枚の補強布入り未加硫ゴムシ
ート或は未加硫ゴム単体から成るゴムシートを互に対峙
させ、該2枚のゴムシートの周縁部間に接合用ゴム部材
を挾装したものを上、下金型間に配設し、しかる後、該
2枚のゴムシートと接合用ゴム部拐とで形成する空間に
空気圧をかけながら、加熱、加圧、加硫することを特徴
とする。本発明を以下に図面にもとづき説明する。
第4図は、本発明に係るゴム袋の製造方法を説明するだ
めの製造装置の正面断面図である。
図において、1.2は同一外径の円板状の2枚のゴムシ
ートであり、それぞれ補強布11.21の両側を未加硫
ゴム層で覆って成る。3は前記2枚のゴムシート1.2
の周縁間にその全周にわたり挾装した接合用ゴム部材で
あり、未加硫ゴムシートを補強布611で裏貼りし、補
強布511側が内側となるように断面V字状に折曲げた
帯状体51と、この帯状体3j’lこ接するようにその
外周側に配置した未加硫ゴム単体から成る断面矩形の帯
状体32とから成る。断面矩形の帯状体62は折曲した
後の帯状体31よりや\厚肉とし、ゴムシート1.2の
外形よりわずかにはみ出か尋ように配設される。4は口
金具であり、円筒部41の上端にフランジ部42を設け
、下端外周にはナツト40と螺合するネジ部43を設け
て成る。口金具4はフランジ43側を上にして下側のゴ
ムシート2の略中央部に設けた孔に挿通されている。該
孔の内径は口金具4の円筒部41の外径と略同−である
。口金具4を装着し、上、下のゴムシート1.2及び接
合用ゴム部材乙のゴム接合面に接着剤(使用する未加硫
ゴムと同系統のものを用いる)をうすく塗布して後、こ
れらを仮に接合したものを上金型5と下金型6の間に配
設する。7.8は金型5.6とゴムシート1.2の間に
挟装した繊維(例えば、ナイロン、テトロン、ガラス等
)から成る織物状或は編物状でゴムシート1.2より大
きい外形の空気抜き用シートであり、加圧時、ゴムシー
トと金型の間(こ入り込んだ空気を外側に逃がす役目を
行うと同時に離型拐の役目も兼ねる。上記のような空気
の逃がしを行わなければ、閉じ込められた空気が加熱さ
れて膨i゛ 張し、ゴムシート1.2の表面がアバタとなる慎れがあ
るが、多少刀アパタを許容する低品質のゴム袋を製造す
る場合は該シート7.8を使用しなくても良い。8の略
中夫には口金具4の円筒部41を挿通する孔を設けてい
る。下型6は、平板61とリング62とから成る。平板
61の中央部番こは口金具4の円筒部41を挿通する孔
611とこれに続くこれより太径の座ぐり穴612、さ
ら【こ座ぐり穴に側方から連通する横孔613が設けら
れており、該横孔613の端部には圧力空気源に連結す
るだめの接続金具614が固設されている。口金具4は
、ナツト40と螺合して、フランジ42とナツト40間
lこゴムシート2、シート8.下金型の平板61の部分
を一括して挾持する。しかる後、平板61の穴612は
盲栓615Iこより密封状態で栓がされる。リンク62
の内径は、断面矩形の帯状体32で形成される外周縁の
外径と等しいかや−太き目とし、その高さは加圧前の状
態で断面矩形の帯状体32が丁度隠れる程度とする。リ
ング62はゴム袋のサイズ毎に変えるが平板61はプレ
ス熱板を兼ね、ゴム袋のサイズ1こ関係なく使用する。
勿論、平板61とリング62を一体としだ金型を用いて
も良い。上金型5は単なる平板であり、プレス熱板を兼
ねる。
勿論プレス熱板を別に設けても良い。第4図のようにゴ
ム袋材を金型間に配設した後、プレス熱板を兼ねる上金
型5を下降させゴムの加硫圧力的2 K9 / cm 
2以上に加圧、保持した後、接続金具614から圧力空
気が口金具4を通じてゴム袋内Bに供給される。空気圧
は約2弯/α2以上とする。この状態で加熱し、約12
0〜180℃で、約5〜50分間保持し、ゴムを加硫し
て後、開放した金型からゴム袋を取り出して、作業は完
了する。なお、上記実施例は、比較的使用条絆の厳しい
ゴム袋の場合であり、補強布入りゴムシートを用いてい
るがそれ程使用条件が厳しくなければ、ゴムシート1.
2を未加硫ゴム単体のシートとし、接合用ゴム部側3を
断面矩形の帯状体32のみとしてゴム袋を構成しても良
い。ゴム袋用ゴム材料としては、ニトリルゴムが主であ
るがその他のゴム、例えばエチレンプロピレンゴム、ク
ロロプレンゴム、シリコンゴム等を用い得ることは勿論
である。
本発明に係る製造方法は上述のとおりであるので、前述
した従来の製造方法に比べ次のような利点を有する。即
ち、 1)ゴム袋内に空気圧をかけながら加硫するので、未加
硫ゴムを使用してもゴムシート1.2に気泡が発生せず
、良好な品質のゴム袋が製造できる。また、前記第2の
従来方法のようにゴムシートのゴム層を半加硫にする手
間も省はゴム袋が安価に製造できる。
2)ゴム袋胴料として全て未加硫のゴムを使用したので
、接合部分が完全に一体化し、強固な接合部を持ち気密
性の良好なゴム袋を得ることができる。
5)従って、ゴムシート1.2の周縁部を外側からコの
字状に覆うような接合用ゴム部側を用いなくても良いの
で、ゴム袋の構成材料を少なくすることができゴム袋を
安価に製造できる。

  1. 略同−の外形を有する2枚の補強布入り未加硫ゴムシー
    ト或は未加硫ゴム単体から成るゴムシートを互いに対峙
    させ、該2枚のゴムシートの周縁部間(こ接合用ゴム部
    材を挾装したものを上、下金型間に配設し、しかる後、
    #2枚のゴムシートと接合用ゴム部材とで形成する空間
    に空気圧をかけながら、加熱、加圧、加硫することを特
    徴とするゴム袋の製造方法。
