    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）上面に搭載した基板を吸着固定し回転可能な逆円
    すい状の搭載部と、該搭載部の上面上に設けられた処理
    液供給口と、該搭載部の斜面に流水を供給する流水供給
    口とを有することを特徴とする基板表面処理装置。
  2. （２）前記搭載部の斜面に回転方向に対し逆方向に上昇
    する溝を形成したことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１
    項記載の基板表面処理装置。
