Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はワンポイント模様を有する手袋等の製造に好適
なディップ成形法を提供するものであって、其の実施例
を図面に依拠して説明するに、先ず、成形型１を透明な
塩化ビニールのプラスチルゾルに浸漬しこれを引き揚げ
て型面に付着した第１層薄膜２を加熱ゲル化したのち同
第１層薄膜の表面の所要個所にポリエステルマット３に
グラビア印刷した箔の図柄４を転写する。
次いで、上記の成形型１を不透明な塩化ビニールプラス
チゾルに再び浸漬しこれを引き揚げて図柄４の転写面を
含んだ上記の第１層薄膜２の全表面に付着した第２層薄
膜５を加熱ゲル化したのちこれ等第１層２第２層薄膜５
を成形型１より反転して剥離すると共に当該薄膜２，５
の裾部２′。
５′を切除してワンポイント模様入りの完成品イを得る
ようにしたものである。
本考案は叙上の如く成形型を透明な合成樹脂ラテックス
、プラスチゾルまたはオルガノゾルに浸漬しこれを引き
揚げて型面に付着した第１層薄膜をゲル化したのち同第
１層薄膜の表面の所要個所に合成樹脂マットに印刷した
箔の図柄を転写し、次いで当該成形型を上記と同じまた
は異なる合成樹脂ラテックス、プラスチゾルまたはオル
ガノゾルに再び浸漬しこれを引き揚げて転写面を含めた
上記の第１層薄膜の表面に付着した第２層薄膜をゲル化
したのちこれ等第１第２層薄膜を成形型より反転して剥
離することを要旨とするので、ワンポイント模様付きの
完成品を極めて簡易な工程と能率よく得ることができる
のみならず完成品に於けるワンポイント模様は第１層薄
膜と第２層薄膜とにサンドインチされるので完成品が外
物との摺擦をくり返しても容易に消去するに至ることが
なく長期に亘って鮮明さを維持し得る等の効果を奏する
ものである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 成形型を透明な合成樹脂ラテックス、プラスチゾル
    またはオルガノゾルに浸漬し、これを引き揚げて型面に
    付着した第１層薄膜をゲル化したのち同第１層薄膜の表
    面の所要個所に合成樹脂マットに印刷した箔の図柄を転
    写し、次いで当該成型を上記と同じまたは異なる合成樹
    脂ラテックス、プラスチゾルまたはオルガノゾルに再び
    浸漬しこれを引き揚げて転写面を含めた上記の第１層薄
    膜の全表面に付着した第２層薄膜をゲル化したのちこれ
    等第１第２層薄膜を成形型より反転して剥離することを
    特徴とするディップ成形法。
